His belligerent attitude was entirely uncalled for and created a highly uncomfortable situation in our own home. Civil Trespass: When explicitly asked to leave the property due to his hostile demeanor, he refused a lawful order from the homeowner to vacate the premises and stayed anyway. Compromised Home Security: To make matters worse, after he finally finished, he left multiple windows completely unlocked, leaving our home entirely unsecured.
