Great honest guy. I originally called because crows were pecking on my chimney cap and it was so annoying. I honestly thought that they might had caused some damage and wanted to get bird spikes installed to prevent them from landing on my roof. During his inspection, Bill discovered that I had several loose tiles on my roof. He sealed the tiles back in place, installed the bird spikes and cleaned the chimney all for the price of the chimney cleaning. I must state that I supplied the materials.
