We're a military family and although we have moved from the area, we are still able to send everything electronically without problems. In fact, the service is so prompt that I'm usually the one lagging when it comes to signing documents :-) The rates are beyond reasonable, the staff friendly, and the quality of service.... well, it is outstanding! Chris was friendly, energetic and very knowledgable about everything we threw at him. He was great about pausing to make sure he'd answered all of our questions before he moved on. We spent a good amount of time looking through our retirement accounts, investments, savings, budgets, loans, and goals. Chris sat with us at a big, round table and wrote down tons of notes as we went. He walked us through his calculations for investments and pointed out some huge fees we could avoid.
