My sister recently used Executive Line Bus, which advertises transportation from Baldwin Park to the TJ airport area. I dropped her off in Baldwin Park and everything seemed normal at that point, but what happened on the return trip from Tijuana is something that, in my opinion, needs to be investigated. According to the schedule, my sister was supposed to be picked up in TJ at 8:00 in the morning. She arrived at the pickup location on time and waited. And waited. And waited. The problem was not just the delay. The problem was the complete lack of communication. No updates, no clear explanation, no sense of urgency for someone who was essentially waiting to get into a stranger's vehicle in another country. That feeling alone is incredibly stressful and honestly unsafe. When you are relying on transportation like this, especially crossing borders, timing and communication are everything. Instead of leaving at 8:00 AM as planned, my sister did not actually leave until around 11:00 AM. That is a three hour delay with no proper coordination. Imagine if she had a flight to catch. That would have turned into a complete disaster. What made the situation even worse was the response from the company representative, Yessenia. Instead of acknowledging the frustration or taking responsibility for the situation, my sister was told she had to pay another $10 just to get on the later 11:00 ride back to Los Angeles. At that point it wasn't even about the money. It was the principle. When a company causes a delay and a customer is stranded waiting, the last thing that should happen is charging them extra just to get home. The entire experience felt careless and honestly alarming. When people are traveling between cities and countries, reliability and safety should be the priority, not squeezing a few more dollars out of someone who is already stuck. This situation left us feeling uneasy and unsafe, and I truly believe this service needs better accountability and communication before more people end up in the same situation. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I purchased a ticket online for my 72-year-old mother through the website that this company promotes on its Instagram page and that uses their business name. Her scheduled pickup time was 8:10 a.m. When no bus arrived, we waited until 8:45 a.m. before calling to find out what was going on. We were told the bus was already full and that she would have to wait until the 12:00 p.m. bus instead. No one ever contacted us to let us know there was a problem or that she wouldn't be picked up as scheduled. When I asked why they hadn't notified us, they said the website we purchased the ticket from had "nothing to do with them" and that it wasn't their problem. That response was unacceptable, especially since they advertise that website through their own social media. I also asked why she couldn't be accommodated on the 10:00 a.m. bus, and they simply said they couldn't accommodate her. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was told no supervisor would be available until 2:00 p.m. When I asked how they planned to resolve the situation, the employee hung up on me. Leaving a 72-year-old customer stranded without any notification, refusing to take responsibility, and hanging up on a customer instead of offering a solution is incredibly poor customer service. I decided to try this bus service for a trip from my location to Tijuana, and while it's a convenient idea, the experience wasn't great. The bus smelled, and it didn't feel comfortable at all. The driver was actually pretty risky with the driving, which made me feel unsafe. I really hoped this could be a stable service connecting these two places, but they didn't run on time, and you have to keep your phone on the whole time, either calling them or waiting for their call. This started at hacienda blvd going west on amar all the way past kaiser perm. on baldwin park. Pretty easy to navigate, I love that you can literally just walk in and get on a bus almost immediately depending on how booked they are. At first , it was a little sketchy but have always gotten to our destination safely so I'll give them that. read more

Staff and drivers very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. Ran on schedule. The shuttles were clean. I was sold the wrong ticket for the wrong stops in. Our shuttle driver noticed the error and walked us to their kiosk and the staff corrected it immediately. read more

Arrived at the given address 1 hour early. After the bus was 20 minutes late I contacted the company to see when it would be there. I was advised that it had already left. The bus apparently stopped at a 711 across the street and out of my view. Was not even a bus but a van When I called back to check where the next bus would be stopping I was advised it would be at a jack in the box. On the opposite block of the address I was given. There is no way to get a refund from this company. I tried to tell the manager that they should change the address they give out as the address they sent me was wrong. She then advised me I needed to wait at a donut shop. I didn't even see a donut shop so WTF? Is this bus real or they just jacking people around and taking their money. I really don't know. I will try one more time to catch that bus bc of no refunds. But NEVER take this line if you can avoid it. Horrible service read more

Ticket office are like those in a third world country. staff was nice and helpful. round trip prices are very fare. Bus was resonably clean. take lysol and clean wipes with you. bathrooms are not available in bus. makes stops along the way for riders to use public bathrooms. the shuttles are crazy. drivers are wreckless. loud music throughout trip. Although I did not feel unsafe. everyone was low income latino families. everyone respectful. unlike what I hear about Greyhound. unfortunately they have to take everyone. not Greyhounds fault. If I have to go to TJ again I will use them as its a 3 hour trip, opposed to 5 hours on Greyhound. read more

This is the worst way you can travel to Mexico and back. The bus driver Ramon is a rude a** hole that treats everyone in the bus like they're cattle. He gets mad if you ask to use the restroom at any of the stops he makes and threatens to leave you behind if you're not back on time. A group of ten of us had to all get out at once in order to use the restroom so that "he couldn't leave all of us behind". I went to Mexico and back and every one of the stops was horrible. Not to mention you're constantly switching busses and having to carry all your luggage from one bus to another all while fearing you'll be left behind. I traveled with my whole family including elderly and physically challenged members who struggled to keep up.This is the worst experience I have ever had with any form of public or paid for transportation. read more

If I can give them a negative five star review I would. My nieces used their services for the first time and it was their last. When the driver arrived to the stop to pick them he was in a horrible mood. He was rude to them. They made a pit stop and he almost left them behind, if it wasn't for someone else he would have them left them there. Once he dropped them off at their location, on their way to the airport they realized their purse was left behind. They went back and the driver was no where to be found. Executive lines is a horrible transportation company. They dont even have any of there restrooms available for use. Also they left one of there own kind (CUSTOMER) stranded at a bus stop. The driver knew that she had to be dropped off at a closer location to her house. It was passing through her stop. read more
