Had a scheduled bus to leave at 8:30 in the morning from the Tijuana International airport. I got there 20 minutes before and the bus had already left . They did put me on the next bus an hour later. But because the bus left earlier than departure time it ruined my entire plans and day it made me miss my train therefore I had to buy another ticket so not only did they waste my time, but they also made me waste more money. Customer service told me the issue was resolved by putting me on the next bus. But it didn't resolve the fact that I lost out on money and time. How could the bus leave before departure time knowing that not everyone was on the bus it is unprofessional and unfair to the customer. I will never be using this bus company again and I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Compramos un viaje redondo de Los Ángeles a El Paso y de regreso con Express Limousine, y honestamente fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. En ambos viajes nos tocó una unidad donde el baño no funcionaba. La limusina se veía muy descuidada, vieja y poco limpia. En el viaje de regreso hacía muchísimo calor y el aire acondicionado casi no llegaba hasta la parte de atrás, haciendo el trayecto muy incómodo. Además, las terminales también estaban en muy malas condiciones. La terminal de Los Ángeles estaba súper sucia, muy descuidada y daba una impresión de abandono total. La de El Paso también se veía muy deteriorada y claramente falta mucho mantenimiento. Honestamente, no se sentía un lugar cómodo ni limpio para esperar un viaje. Originalmente habíamos comprado un boleto para una menor de 13 años que al final no pudo viajar. Cuando llamamos para pedir un reembolso, nos dijeron que no podían devolver el dinero, pero que podíamos usar el boleto más adelante para otra persona. Como ella no podía viajar sola, aceptamos esa opción. Sin embargo, cuando intentamos usar ese boleto después, el gerente Sergio simplemente nos dijo que no, que el dinero ya se había perdido. Fue muy frustrante porque tratamos de resolver la situación de buena manera y aun así perdimos el dinero. En general, el servicio al cliente fue muy malo y la experiencia del viaje también. Have used this service since my parents took us traveling as very young children. The new busses are nice. But sitting space is not at all like the old busses. New ones are tight spaced & uncomfortable. The back of the front seat is high where you can't see to the front like the old ones. You are boxed in all the way to your destination. Bathroom not stocked with supplies & new route stops don't offer bathroom breaks. These are far from the excited travels that my brother & I experienced as children. What happened? Not good customer service at all. And what happened to the bus depots aside from having to go all the way downtown? read more

They have horrible reviews for a reason. They are unreliable! I booked a shuttle/ for 12:30am. I got there at 11:45pm and when 12:30am hit no bus or shuttle showed up I waited 10 min then I called you them . The guy who answered said "to wait it will get there" and so I waited for over an 1hr. I tried calling multiple times and I got hung up on one time the other calls no longer went through after the hang up. Save your self the stress and don't book with them. read more

Bus was supposed to arrive at 11:25. I stayed at the bus stop waiting until 12:30 am. There was no customer service at that time. I couldn't reach anybody to know what had happened. My dad couldn't reach his destination hence he also lost his flight which is not refundable. Not only that, if you are so "lucky" to take it. Huang bus is $15 cheaper for a return and you can't compare the buses and service. Huang buses are almost brand new and the wifi actually works. El Pass limo will soon be out of business. Never thought I would be making this claim as a long time customer: the once reliable los limousines is a mere shadow of the service the previous owners use to be. Although the buses are fairly new their customer service has declined drastically with the new ownership. I'm leaving a one star because the customer service here is horrible. They don't put the customer first. I drove from El Monte to Fontana because I was 1 minute late 1MINUTE LATE. The man in the front desk told me me to go to Fontana cause the bus will stop there and I got there and they told me that he wouldn't stop here. I call the main office and they told me if it get there then I can get in the bus but if it doesn't I can't get in the next bus I will have to buy another. Making me drive here just for them to tell me it might not stop here, was not only a waste of my time but of my money. Endless back and forth and no willingness to accommodate me. DO NOT USE! I Booked a ticket for my dad from Santa Ana to CBX at 7pm. He arrived at 6:30pm and at 7:30 started to doubt if it would arrive or not. We called and emailed with no response. I drove to him and waited until 8:30pm with no show. Had to drive him myself....Called multiple times with terrible customer service and would tell me the same thing. They are trying to investigate if it passed or not. After calling 3 weeks later they asked why I was calling so late? Haha I explained and the they said they couldn't track it that far back so they won't be able to refund me but can only issue me a new ticket that must be used in 90 DAYS? I am not going to plan another trip in less than 90 days. Complete fraud! Even if I was I wouldn't want to risk if they would show up or not. Please please do not book with this company. December 26, 2021 was my first time traveling with this company. We were scheduled to leave El Monte, CA at 7:30 pm. The bus never showed up at all. There were 9 people (including myself) waiting to be picked up. The gentleman working the desk made several phone calls only to be told that the driver said he drove by and didn't see anyone so he got back in freeway and left. A couple of the others waiting needed to report for work in the morning. Eventually the company made the driver return for us. It was 1:20am when he finally drove into the parking lot to get us. Originally we're supposed to arrive in El Paso, Texas at 10:30 am. We arrived at 2:40pm. Definitely would not recommend this company to others. read more

I have used them in the past and relatives coming from out of town use them as well. The attendants and facilities are in need of much, much improvement. If you are old enough, you would remember the term second class passenger; rude attendants, dirty floors, torn seats, etc. However, the buses and drivers are significantly nicer, most of the time. My biggest complaint with the buses themselves is legroom: If you are 6' or taller and like to torture your knees, hey! this is your bus! Lastly, most passengers speak Spanish and the driver gives the announcements also in Spanish. However, they (drivers and attendants) do speak English. read more

I go from El Monte to Las Vegas to visit my fam bam. There are some issues the company needs to resolve but the service team and such do their best on what they have which says alot. Traveled out of here twice (emergency reasons) and have also brought relatives and it seems the employees are in competition of who can be the rudest. They don't offer assistance and answer sarcastically as if the CUSTOMER is bothering them instead of appreciating our business and ultimately that they have a job. Bring more motivated and eager people to work here I am very positive there are people who are looking that badly for a job and fire these employees who act like they're entitled to everything .
