my experience with this company was all bad they charged me $350 to come out and missed diagnosed the problem . After several phone calls, their technician determined it needed a new power converter and charger. The The technician had me order the part which was over $400 . now I'm in for $800 the parts sitting in a box in the trailer . Troy and his family have been great. We bought our RV at a discount with really bad delamination on the front of the coach. We also had some leaks in our roof that was causing delamination on the side of the coach. Troy and the Executive RV team really went the extra mile for us to not only fix all of our issues but tell us how we can prevent them in the future. He educated us on doing the proper checks to make sure that the seals on the roof remain sealed. As a courtesy he even replaced our vent covers. After we took the coach out for a camping trip we noticed that the inside RV air conditioner shroud looked like it was falling off of the ceiling so we called Troy and he came out right away. It turned out that the people that previously fixed the air conditioner had broken some plastic tabs that hold the shroud on and hid it with silicone. Using Troys advice we were able to fix the shroud the right way without any silicone and the fix is permanent. The job that Troy and Executive RV did was excellent and we appreciate his hard work. My family and I bought a toyhauler that needed alittle work but mostly cosmetic (or so I thought) so I took my rv to not saying any names but the "best" rv shop in livermore and the service manager did a walk through and said "its alot of work but we will take care of you" a month in i called and they informed me they hadn't even touched it so i went to livermore and picked it up and took it to a different shop again not saying any names but they are "the biggest jayco dealers in California" again same thing they told me itsI alot of work but they will get it done and at first quoted me 1500$ give or take and was also told it would take less than 3 weeks...after calling every week after the 3 week period for another 3 weeks the service manager told me the big bosses said they wouldn't touch it for anything less than 7000$......so obviously that wasn't going to happen so I called around and sent some pictures and not very many had time or wanted to do the work because it was some work......until I got ahold of Troy at Executive RV repair....after listening to all the stuff I went though the mess I went through with the other 2 he asked for some pictures and i though oh jeez here we go again. Until Troy told me to bring it down and they will use it for fill in work but we will get it done.....at the moment my truck was down so his son came from Atwater to patterson to pick it up for me.....Troy and his techs did so much more than I asked him bringing them to my attention and getting my permission before doing the extra....once it was done it looked amazing and he helped me stay under budget....I HIGHLY recommend Executive RV they know there stuff and Troy is stand up guy read more

I was quickly informed that I was buying a coach with delamanted siding.He taught me how to recognize them. I was fooled because the floor and roof were solid but the fiberglass all around was pulling away from the body and the frame was compromised. I am so glad I paid that fee which by the way was $600 less than another place offered to do it. The nice thing was he made sure I knew why the coach was not showing the signs of water damage, on the inside or the roof. It was there and the year coach I was buying was too old and had wood support. He called it a rolling piece of bark. He didn't try to sell me anything. He came at a later hour and brought his son who is keeping up with him doing inspections.. Get one. Motorhomes can hide secrets very well.
