After stopping at a stop sign, my car wouldn't accelerate past 20 mph, and I ended up having it towed to his shop. Sammy quickly figured out the issue, my car had completely run out of oil, which ended up damaging the VVT solenoid and knock sensor. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to me. I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. He took the time to educate me, recommending I come in every 1,500 miles to keep an eye on it going forward. Most importantly, thanks to Sammy's expertise and quick action, my engine didn't seize, which could have been a much bigger (and more expensive) problem. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend Sammy to anyone who wants a mechanic they can trust!

I'm so thankful for Sammy's help to look over the condition of the car and provide honest feedback on what was needed for overall maintenance and minor things he found to factor into the purchase of the car. I felt well informed and confident to move forward with the purchase thanks to his help. If I lived closer to this shop, I would definitely work with them to service my car. The prices are fair and the communication and work is excellent. The shop is a certified AAA location that worked out perfectly for my needs. Thank you Sammy!

I didn't do enough research to learn that the radiator has a transmission oil cooler circuit and when I disassembled everything I lost a little bit of ATF. 100 miles into our trip I kept smelling ATF and was worried that I had lost enough to break the cooling the circuit and thought maybe the transmission was over heating. I stopped into the Countryside Tire and Brake station and the store manager, Enrique, recommended I stop by and see if Omar and his team at Turlock Transmissions could help me. I spoke with Omar and he had two of his guys throw my truck (with all the gear and bikes) onto a lift to check the level and put me at ease. His team discovered that the transmission was perfectly full, but also that one of my power steering lines wasn't tightened and was leaking ATF (Toyota uses ATF in my truck's power steering) and that was burning off and causing the smell. They cleaned that up and set us back on our merry way. Highly recommend giving business to kind and courteous business operators like Omar and his team. Thank you again!

As a fellow business owner, I take a great deal of pride in customer service, communication,…read morehonesty, and professionalism. Because of that, I also recognize and appreciate when another business operates with those same values. Adrian and everyone at Broadway Auto & AutoBody Repair absolutely do. We brought in my daughter's 2013 Honda Civic because it was having charging system issues. From the very beginning, Adrian took the time to understand not only what was going on with the car, but also my budget. I explained that I wanted to repair what truly needed to be repaired while staying within what I could reasonably afford. He completely respected that and never once tried to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The alternator ultimately needed to be replaced, but what impressed me most was Adrian's communication throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, explaining what they had found, what they were still troubleshooting, and why they were recommending certain repairs. While diagnosing and repairing the charging system, they also inspected the rest of the vehicle and found the serpentine belt was dry and beginning to crack. I had also mentioned that my daughter felt the A/C wasn't blowing quite as cold as it used to. Adrian checked the vent temperature and explained that while the system was still cooling well, the only way to accurately determine the refrigerant level would be to perform an A/C service. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and left the decision entirely up to me. Since the A/C is still functioning well, I decided to hold off on the A/C service and the serpentine belt replacement until I have the funds to take care of them. At no point did I feel pressured into spending more than I had budgeted. One thing that really stood out was Adrian's integrity. He originally thought the car would be ready Friday, but during the troubleshooting process he wasn't completely satisfied that everything had been fully diagnosed and tested. Instead of rushing to get the car back to me just to meet an expected completion date, he called me, explained exactly where they were in the process, and told me he wanted to keep it a little longer to make sure everything was working properly before releasing it. As a business owner myself, I respected that tremendously. It's easy to meet a deadline by cutting corners. It takes integrity to tell a customer you need more time because you're committed to doing the job right. I'll be honest, after reading a couple of the recent one-star reviews and the owner's responses, it appeared the shop was being criticized for refusing to pass a vehicle that didn't meet safety requirements. After experiencing Adrian and his team firsthand, that actually makes complete sense to me. They're not the type of shop that's going to cut corners or compromise safety just to keep a customer happy. As a fellow business owner, I have a great deal of respect for that. Integrity means doing the right thing, even when it costs you a customer or results in a bad review. I'd much rather trust a mechanic who's willing to stand by their principles than one who's willing to overlook a safety issue just to avoid upsetting someone. Finding an honest mechanic is hard enough. Finding one who communicates this well, stands behind their work, and refuses to compromise on safety is even harder. Broadway Auto & AutoBody Repair earned our trust, and that's not something I say lightly. My daughter's Civic is running great, and I have confidence knowing she's driving a vehicle that was repaired by someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting the job done. As a father, there's real peace of mind in knowing your daughter is on the road in a safe, reliable vehicle. You simply can't put a price on that. Adrian and his team have absolutely earned our future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional repair shop.
