Daisy texted me about it even though business was closed on Sun/Monday. On Tuesday morning when she got to work, she contacted 5-6 of their locations and found me multiple Xpeditions in my apartment price range. She was super quick to text me info, specs, pictures and she did all the work. She found me one close to home at their Paso Robles location and had it all lined up for me to pickup Wednesday morning. She was by far the best sales person I've ever purchase anything from. Wednesday morning we drove to meet Mike and pickup our XP5. They were just finishing detailing it up and had it ready to go. We did maybe 10 minutes of paperwork and started loading it up on the trailer. Easiest purchase ever. The Paso location is brand new and very nice. Clean and tons of machines. They showed me an aluminum ATC trailer we'll be purchasing also. Daisy is now working on finding us a black trailer for the xp5. CA Customs has the best prices on Motorsport vehicles and trailers. We'd been searching for months. I'll never purchase from anyone else. Can't say enough good things about Daisy and my experience with CA Custom dealerships. A+

Fast forward a few years and now they sell maxxd and couldn't return calls on parts until I follow back and then its again maxxd fault. So speak with another rep who gets worked to get info and was very nice but could tell irritated they are dealing with me. Am promised a call back and once again nothing but coincidentally when I follow back, they were able to get some of the answers but some were never asked. Cannot ship me the parts and cannot answer when the parts will come but want me to pay and then travel 150 miles round trip in some future date but I sill pay a shipping fee. Horrible service and horrible communication. Won't look to them for my next trailer or sxs.

Not only did he do all the paperwork, he personally handled the in servicing of this bike. I don't know how else to praise his work and company ethic that is absolute gold to a company's reputation. as i told him, a good experience nets you a few mentions, a bad experience will be heard by everyone. bad word of mouth advertising is an absolute business killer and i just said to Josh, YOU are doing this the RIGHT way. so take it from me,,,,,, or not,,,,,,, THIS is the shop you need to check out for all your powersports needs.

I took my bike in to Merced Powersports on a Saturday, after making an appointment to have it replaced...unfortunately, the part was still on the delivery truck which had broken down that morning (no fault of Merced Powersports, what can ya do? These things happen...) However, the owner of MP was really frustrated on my behalf, especially since he'd promised me that they'd be able to repair it that day, knowing that I use my bike as a commuter vehicle and needed it for the following Monday. He called every repair shop within a 100 mile radius to see if he could get the part, but to no avail...so he threw in a new battery and assured me that if I was still having the battery overheat, I should come back in and get the R/R replaced. Long story short, the battery boiled twice during the next week, but he called me that Wednesday to check in with me (never had a repair shop do that before!) and told me to stop in over the weekend and they'd work on it right away. I brought the bike in this past Saturday and the repair department got on it immediately...but it gets even better--they installed the new R/R with a $10 price discount, installed a break light switch for cost only, and upgraded my battery to a newer and pricier model for no extra charge or installation fee! They were done with repairs in less than 90 minutes, and the very best part of my experience was that I DIDN'T get the "hey-little-lady-is-this-your-husband's-bike" attitude that I often get at other repairs shops. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and very willing to go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy (I saw this occur with other customers as well as I was waiting for my bike)...Merced Powersports is my new happy place when it comes to fixing and maintaining my beloved Shadow, and when it's time to finally upgrade, I'll be checking them out first for a new bike! I just can't recommend them highly enough--for best price, service, and attitude, go see Merced Powersports!

Well I've been a costumer off and on since I first found out about them being open one day driving…read moredown the alley, off main street, I bought a couple of pairs of harley boots from them because they where cheaper. So just recently I went in there to look around I found a great pair of harley boots for my husband for x-mas so I didnt have the full amount to buy them right then. They have a lay away plan you can put a percent down and pay off in 60 days, so I put my 30 bucks cash down and planned to go back and pick them up before x-mas, well my husband is a long haul truck driver and as I talked to him a few days later he mentioned he found a great deal on a pair of boots somewhere back east and bought them, so there went my idea for his present. I go back to Renegade to take them off lay away for the obvious reason and before I walked in there I read my ticket to see what kind of stocking fee they would charge me, it read 20%. I thought well ok then I didn't think to much about it since I didn't pay the full amount which would have been over a hundred bucks, I walk in there take my ticket to the front desk so the ladies had to figure out how to take it out of there computer so I waited, I walked outside for a moment and walked back in, the lady at the desk is getting ready to hand me my cash and does a run down of my ticket, I could not believe what she said, they took 20% out of the 30 bucks cash I had given for the lay away she handed me $7.57 from my $30, what the heck is that deal I could not believe they took 20% from my 30, I said I didnt spend the hundred something, and the other lady came over and showed me the contract and said yes you did see, I said I put them on lay away not bought them til I was coming back to get them then I would have spent that hundred and could see you taken the 20% from that total not from the 30 cash I gave. But they insisted on it and I told them right there what a rip off they are and I would never go back there again. In this economy you would think they would have just given my cash back maybe a few bucks for restock but not over 20 bucks. I guess they needed the money worse than I did ! I did recommend them to a few people prior this, but I will never recommend ever again....!!!!!!!

He spent a tremendous amount of time answering my questions, helping me understand the process, and putting a deal together. As a new rider, I appreciated the effort he put in. The problem wasn't the salesperson. The problem was management. I was purchasing a motorcycle along with roughly $2,000 in riding gear. At some point during the process, there was a misunderstanding regarding a pair of boots that I believed were included in the deal. When I discovered they were not, I wasn't asking for the motorcycle price to be lowered. I wasn't negotiating freight, setup fees, or other dealer charges. In fact, I agreed to buy the motorcycle at the advertised price. I simply tried to find a reasonable solution to a misunderstanding that occurred during the sales process. When I spoke with GSM Joe O, I suggested multiple compromises, including splitting the difference. Instead of working toward a solution, Joe interrupted me saying I was "talking in circles" and made it clear he wasn't willing to do anything further. He was not willing to do anything to try and make the deal right. I'll own my part. After that conversation, I told Cody via the messaging system that I thought Joe had been rude and was acting like D. Was that the most professional wording? No. But it was an honest reaction to how I felt I had been treated. What happened next is what shocked me. After weeks of communication, countless conversations, and a customer who was ready to buy, I was informed by Joe that he no longer wanted my business. Despite his salesperson reaching out that day to button up the deal.... My wife had approved the purchase, the down payment was ready, and the only remaining question I had was regarding delivery. The deal was done. See text attached. I never shopped this deal around. I trusted the dealership, worked exclusively with them for weeks, and was prepared to move forward. What makes this so disappointing is that it appears the transaction wasn't canceled because of price, financing, or an unreasonable request. It appears it was canceled because I expressed an unfavorable opinion about the GSM Joe. If that's the case, then management allowed personal feelings to override common sense. A sale was lost. A salesperson lost a commission after investing weeks of effort. The dealership lost revenue. And a customer who was ready to buy walked away. Strong leaders can handle criticism. Strong leaders separate their feelings from business decisions. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Today I'll be driving to the Bay Area to purchase a motorcycle that Elk Grove Powersports could have sold. That fact alone tells the story better than I ever could.

I ended up foolishly paying $1,200 more for a fish finder that turned out to be a bait and switch. The Lowrance fish finder, as you can buy it as a consumer, has both sidescan and downscan features. The wrong transducer was installed in the boat. It was an total pain to get this point across to Richard. I sent many emails and photo proof that it was the wrong transducer. Apparently it takes several weeks for C&C to send emails to Ranger and I was told to, "Please be patience [sic]." After bugging Richard multiple times (actually about literally 30 emails), he finally got Ranger to agree to install a new transducer. I naively assumed they would install the sidescan AND downscan unit, which is the common version available to the consumer. But then didn't. I drove for five hours to have them install a transducer than only had downscan. And I didn't figure this out until I was on the water. I would have gladly paid the difference in getting the right unit, but Richard/Ranger again baited and switched. On top of it, he tries to make the customer feel bad for asking him questions and bothering him, after just having spent many thousands of dollars. I went out of my way to deal with a mom-and-pop shop. Thinking that was a naive choice.
