The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. The driver called and communicated all day long during different drop offs and activities that the family had throughout the day. Our driver, Dan from Reston Limousine, was so courteous, caring, and attentive and made our experience truly royal. He's such a gentle soul and tolerated our loud laughs while driving us to and from the winery. Even though it was pouring on the day of our trip, Dan made sure to offer us a large umbrella and assisted us in getting into a van. He drove carefully and gave us a heads-up on sharp turns and hills. The vehicle was spacious enough to accommodate 8 of us, clean, and comfortable. Communication was clear with the pickup time and location set a week in advance. It was such a memorable experience. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend.
