I arrived at the location and it was an office building. I tried to contact Representative A with no luck. I then went into the building to see if the company was listed on the directory and to ask if anyone had heard of Freddy Go2. Again, no luck. I tried the customer service number for Freddy Go2 and eventually received a call back from Representative B. She said that Representative A had called in sick that morning but had asked that someone contact me to cancel the appointment. Representative B stated that she would find out what happened and call me back in 15 minutes. I had not heard from Representative B 4 hours later so I called back and was told that she was glad that I called because she had been unable to reach me. Really????? She said that Representative A was really upset that no one had contacted me and that she would be willing to meet me with a vehicle rather than having me come back out. I was to expect a call the following day when she returned to the office. After waiting 3 days and not receiving a call, I called back and spoke to Representative B. She said that Representative A was due back in the office that afternoon for the first time that week and would definitely be giving me a call. That was 4 days ago!!! I'm glad that this happened BEFORE I paid my deposit. Please imagine 15 people with luggage trying to make last minute arrangements at 5:00 am to get to the airport because the shuttle did not show up.
