I filled out the required paperwork and then she went through the whole process and asked if I had any questions. Her technique for measuring your eyebrows is hands down the best I have seen. Additionally, she goes over color choice, what she recommends and why. She also stops at midpoint so you can look at everything and make any tweaks if needed.
