I requested a quote for an airport ride within Westchester and was quoted $180 one way. I declined the reservation via email. After that, I received a phone call that I did not answer, followed by a text message asking why I declined and whether it was due to price. I replied that the cost didn't make sense for us compared to parking or other options. The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer.
