I just went to have my oil changed in the first service since coming here, and they found my drain plug was stripped and leaking. Really frustrating and is going to cost me a trip to the dealership. Hopefully it's just the plug and not the oil pan. Their parking was fine, and having an option for a cleaning is convenient as long as it doesn't rain. After my usual place closed, I located this place on google. Great service and cheaper than parking at BNA. $17 per day vs $30 per day. A secure 24 hour facility with prompt and courtesy service. We arrived at about 3:30 am and the shuttle was waiting and we were at the airport within minutes. Driver was helpful with loading and unloading luggage. Return pickup was a breeze-call and pickup with in 10-20 minutes. Our car was waiting out front when we returned with the Just a heads up. Those looking to pay in full, it will not happen. I know some wouldn't like that .They charge a small reservation fee. Ours was $4..The remaining is charged upon return as they do recognize cancelled and delayed flights.. A man smoking a cigar boarded the bus after putting it out and I coughed and choked all the way to the airport and had to wait outside the airport dry heaving and trying to breathe. My throat is raw and I'm miserable. I have parked my car with Executive Travel and Parking for the last several times I have traveled. I can't say enough about the services they have offered. They are always very friendly and professional and most importantly, they are always on time. They have some wonderful services that help us with our busy lives. Some amenities offered are oil changes, brake repair, tire checks and rotations and detailing your car...all while we are having fun on vacation or going on a business trip. All of the guys that drive the shuttle are polite and help with your bags. Mark was there to take me to the airport, and he happened to be the one to pick me up. Always friendly and smiling and even walked my bag to my waiting car for me and loaded my car. Side note...they have your car waiting for you with air on in the summer or the heat on in the winter. Jake is there Monday-Friday and is always friendly and helpful. He is the one that will answer your questions and takes your reservations. We have used Executive Travel & Parking multiple times in the past few years with no issue. However, when we returned from our most recent trip last week our brand new vehicle (only 800 miles on it) had deep scratches in the rear passenger side door. We alerted the attendant, Dee, who took pictures, and assured us that the general manager, Jeff, would be in touch on Monday. On Tuesday when I had not yet heard from him, I called and spoke with Jeff. He was very dismissive of the issue and denied any liability despite the fact that essentially a brand new car was obviously damaged on their lot. Obtained estimate today for damage of $1,334. As a business owner myself, I hate to leave negative reviews about a business, but feel obligated to share our recent experience with Executive Travel & Parking. read more

I used Executive Travel & Parking for the first time this weekend, upon the recommendation of a friend. I was very pleased with the service. I made a reservation online before my trip, so I knew I would have a parking space, and I knew the exact cost. Paid a small deposit online with a card. On the day of travel, I pulled up and was immediately greeted. The van driver took my bag and we pulled out and were at the airport in less than five minutes. When I returned, I called to let them know I had landed, and by the time I walked out to the pick up spot, the van was pulling up. I literally did not wait even one minute. The van drivers were courteous, friendly and professional. Within five minutes, we arrived and my car was waiting under the awning, motor running, window down to let the heat out of the car, with my receipt printed and underneath my key fob. On their website, they have a coupon that charges $8.25/ day for valet parking ($9.75 regularly) OR $5.25/ day when a certain holiday is included such as Thanksgiving or Christmas or New Year's Day and another coupon of $7.25/ day if Saturday is included. Aside from the price, they're located 3 minutes from the airport and the shuttle ride is super easy. Rating (out of 5- 5 is the best) Competitive price: 5 - cheapest (Long term lot B is 2nd) Proximity to airport terminal: 4.5 (Google maps= 1.2 miles/ 4 minutes) Offers covered parking: no Free shuttle Service: yes Having used lot B at Nashville airport which doesn't have covered parking, but its gated and fairly secure, these guys are better if you're willing to spend extra time shuttling back and fort. Lot B charges $9/ day. These guys charge $5.25-9.75/ day depending on when. Also, these guys are cheaper than all other competition, usually including the airport's option too. I would definitely go with these guys for holidays and might choose between this business and Lot B for any other time. If you're traveling out of BNA, Executive Travel and Parking is a slam dunk: a long-term parking option that's both cheaper AND better service than any alternatives. Before your trip, price-compare the round trip cost of a taxi vs. parking with this service. For reference, getting to downtown runs about $15-20 in cost, and these guys charge $8/day or (this is excellent) $5/day over major holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving. Airport parking is $9, and the Parking Spot is a tad higher ... but either way, neither option beats out this parking lot on price. Then, go online and reserve parking online; their website has coupons that allow you to take advantage of the previously mentioned rates. Upon arrival, you park the car, hand over your keys, and get on the shuttle (and when I arrived, there were multiple shuttles waiting to go). It's super easy and takes about two minutes, tops. As one employee confirmed my reservation, another loaded my bags onto the shuttle van .. it's really impressive how seamless the process is. The ride from the lot to the airport takes 4-5min each way, so you really don't have to budget much additional time for off-site parking and transit. When you arrive back from your vacation, call the service and they'll have a driver there ASAP to meet you at the hotel shuttle drop-off/pick-up. I'm not exaggerating: I called as I left baggage claim, and within the minute a driver arrived. When we got back to the parking lot, my car was waiting by the gate with the heat on and receipt on the dashboard. The van driver loads your bags in the trunk, and you're off without any delays. After years of trudging through the BNA Airport economy lot (and ever increasing prices) I decided to give these guys a try. Haven't been back to the airport lot since. Just down the street from the airport, so another 2-3 minutes to your shuttle drive - but for most folks it will still be faster because you're not winding your way through the airport parking lots. They used to be very reliable and consistent but their service has been slipping lately. The last several times I've used them the wait time for pickup has been 20 minutes or more. One of those times, it was another 10 minutes to wait for my car. The most recent time, my truck was covered with bird droppings (see photo). It's just not the same service they used to provide. We have parked at executive for 20 years and would rate their parking service high. However when you have an issue you will receive a lack of customer support. We had ancillary oil change car services using our points and our car seized on the MA turnpike.The car was deemed totaled and to move forward with obtaining resolution and another car we had to hire an attorney. This incident cost us another car, attorney fees, loss of work time and almost loss of life on the MA turnpike in Boston. We received no assistance from executive management or as a loyal customer a call to follow up on the incident. Sometimes I fly out of Nashville rather than Memphis for the cheaper tickets. Thus, I have to park my car. Normally I park at the airport for about $9 a day. I discovered this place. They have some online coupons. The price is $9.75 a day but depending on the coupon and date, it can be as low as $5. I paid $7. I got there and by the time I gathered my stuff, the staffer was out and taking my information. There was a shuttle immediately available. It took me to the airport and to my airline. NEVER AGAIN. I have used The Parking Spot in the past and it was excellent but their price was high for 12 days. I decided to try Executive. Upon pickup, when I got in my van and drove away I realized my radio stations and clock were not set. I looked up and my interior lights were on and extremely HOT to the touch. I was diligent in making sure all accessories were off when I dropped off my van. Obviously my (brand new) battery had been run down and recharged and lights still left on! They said nothing to me, I guess they thought I wouldn't notice? . I called and was told...."ya, that is aggravating, just keep driving and it will recharge". They also could have at least cleaned my windshield after 12 days and a $120 charge. I DO NOT recommend this company. read more
