Absolutely fantastic service and honest God-fearing people. This here is the Apple Store of tire service in Nashville. I left my wallet on their bench by accident after my service was done - of course they took it inside and made sure it's safely stored - before I even called them. I had 2 tires loosing air and the gentleman who helped me kept me up to speed with good and bad news. It was obvious that they could have made more money offering a replacement tire, but they told me they were able to patch one of the tires completely and the other one was free of charge as no matter what they did, it kept leaking air. Turns out, a month later, they did a good job and I am able to go a month with air refill instead of a weekly visit to my air pump. The only downside was that almost every one smoked there, which for me as a non-smoker is always an annoyance. But, service made me forget about that. Easiest 5 stars ever given. This place rocks. After reading other 5 star reviews I had to head to Tire Barn to replace a blown out tire on my daughters jeep. Called them first thing in the morning and Jeremy was a rock star, knowledgeable and efficient he had me come down at 11 am and tires were replaced, rotated and he fixed an issue with the bumper that was causing some friction on the tire from a previous accident. Job was completed by 3pm. Definitely happy I chose to use Tire Barn. Tried Discount tire in the past and while they were fine the wait was ridiculous. Appreciate giving smaller businesses my business. I'll be back if I run into more tire issues. These guys rock! read more

Brought that my car in on Wednesday afternoon, got two new tires and was out of there in about 30-40 mins.

As others, I was instantly drawn in by the five star rating....and after using the tire barn to get me back on the road safely and quickly here is my five star review. From the time I called and explained my situation until I hit the road for a fraction of the quoted cost of other tire repair places who had less then five star rating I knew tire barn was THE place to go. They are fair, honest and direct with me. They were more then accommodating with fitting me in even though it meant them being there after they closed. Every single employee was friendly and made sure I was being helped and and had everything I needed. The shop is organized and well maintained. You may not think of a tire shop as having "five star" accommodations for customers while they wait....but again tire barn earns its 5 stars. The waiting area and even wash rooms were heated cleaned and fully stocked while you wait. End result is I had to be towed there but in less then an hour I left on a great set of tires and made it safely back home. No need to continue comparing, no other shop will match this one. read more

Tire Barn saved us from a major potential vacation road trip mess. As we left Nashville early one morning with a couple thousand miles of vacation still ahead on our way east, we noticed a low tire pressure light on the dash; we thought it was nothing serious, but we had stopped for coffee a couple doors down from Tire Barn, so we pulled in. They knew just by looking that this was the real deal, and, though they were very busy, in less than an hour they got us into a service bay, removed the tire from the car, took it off the rim, found a nail, did an inside patch (the right way to do it), remounted and balanced it, and sent us safely on our way, on schedule. I hit one of Nashville's famous potholes the other day and instantly knew I had blown my tire out. Once I got my spare on, I found out that my spare was uninflated. I drove at 15mph to the nearest gas station and discovered that their air compressor was out of order! Finally got my spare up to pressure at a different gas station and immediately drove to Tire Barn since it's near my house. After the ordeal I had just getting to this place, I was worried that there would be more trouble coming. That couldn't be further from the truth. I pulled into one of their parking spots up front where they can easily work on the car. The staff seemed busy, but I was greeted immediately and only had to wait about 5 min for them to take a look at my tire. 10 minutes and 10 bucks later, my rim was fixed and I was on my way.
