My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

Had customer support come to my house three times. After service being down continuously during the first month of service, I cancelled. When calling customer service, they offered no solution other than a refund. With no immediate alternate solutions for Internet service, they put this business owner in a bind. This is customer service at its worst.

Hawaiian Tel now outsources customer service to a call center in the Philippines. Their english is…read moreawful and the second they realize you aren't interested in any upselling (adding phone lines, etc) the reps become ridiculously rude. They also have no idea what they're doing, so expect long calls, repeating yourself many times, and perhaps a couple additional callbacks to ensure your issue has actually been dealt with. I was also charged an extra month at a RAISED PRICE on the way out after being told as long as I cancelled by X date I would be fine. They also took months to process my ACP benefits application whereas Spectrum (my only alternative here) had this ready to go in maybe a day. Anyone wanting to cash in on this benefit beware.
