Another nurse was unable to give my mom, who is 110lbs, a shower without help. While IHSS worker and other nurses from other agencies are able to shower her just fine. They miss scheduled appointments regularly. Always make excuses of why the were unable to keep their word. After meeting with nurse Yvette to set up a plan for my mom while I was out of town, she called the cops in bad faith, to report neglect a few days later. Thankfully, after speaking with the officers they sided with me, affirming there was absolutely ZERO NEGLECT, due to everything being thoughtfully planned out and prepared for my mom. There are other companies that provide solid care and work well with families. This is NOT one of them.

Jessica who is one of the workers she feels like if she doesn't like you she would not give you hours it started off being my sister and I was getting 20 hours to 30 hours a week then it went down to receiving 4 hours a week. I then called them Monday and they asked me if I even wanted to see a nurse. I said yes and they were supposed to call Wednesday and let me know when the nurse would be out. It's now Thursday afternoon, no call, no nothing. After they finally got things going they are a good group and work well with getting you the help you need.

I fixed up his room to resemble his previous home with personal belongings so he was comfortable. The staff care about their clients and became part of our extended family. They are attentive, caring people who have their heart in the right place. We shared holidays together, singing, playing games, having lunch or dinner together. I love the home environment provided. Their staff to patient ratio ensures the clients receive the quality care they need and deserve. They are treated with respect and love. It is a 24-hour care facility.
