I have been blown away by the professionalism, the kindness, and the ease of care I have found with The Palms. Jessica came to our home personally to access and was so incredibly genuine and personable. We were able to engage Loree who has been an absolute god-send, always finding helpful tasks to do around the house, with great patience, and excellent communication with me which I value so much as a daughter who lives states away. Her text check in every couple of days with pictures and descriptions of how everything is going allow me to feel like my parents are truly taken care of. We have also engaged the Palms for evening and overnight care and each time I have felt confident and cared for by the whole team. I moved my dad from Arizona to be closer to me as he was getting older and needed some assistance. I first moved him into an independent retirement facility and about a year later I was finding I needed some help. I hired The Palms for help with administering his meds to him every day when dad started to forget! They were there to help him with his meals as well as getting him dressed and undressed for the day. Then about two years later my dad felt like it was time to move in with me. Taking care of our aging parents are rewarding, but we need to take care of us too! So I reached back out to The Palms Home Care and they stepped right in. I needed help taking care of my aging mother. I have 3 kids of my own and I couldnt keep up with her fading health. I had problems with another care company with scheduled medications. I was friends with one of the people who had actually transfered one of there folks from the same company to the palms and how much happier both the client and the son was.
