When we arrived on Monday at 3:50 PM, I was the third person in the waiting room. More than 5 other patients came in after and were called in before me during the hour wait. I understand some circumstances are more important, but to not be updated and skipped over by literally every other person who came in was a bit disrespectful. It was only when my wife stepped out for a min and they accidentally thought we were a new patient coming that we told them we've been waiting for over an hour that they pretended to look at our status I'm queue. Interesting in that moment they said we're coming up soon and just happened to be the next person to be called in. Called in at about 5PM from our 3:50 check in time Doctor was friendly. Saw us for less than 5 mins and prescribed us an antibiotic. Literally could have just called me in to do this and I could've been in an out in minutes. Front desk staff was friendly during check in and check out but not really apologetic for the wait time or skipping us over for evryone else that came in.

Explained to me that my BP was fine and gave me suggestions as to what might have spiked it in the first place and ways to keep that from happening again. I took my mom here last Friday for a persistent cough, and by Monday her condition had not improved. When I tried to schedule an appointment with her primary care physician, I was told they needed records from the urgent care visit before they could properly evaluate her. I called the urgent care and was told obtaining the records would be simple--just come in and request them. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Once I arrived, I received conflicting information from multiple staff members. One person indicated the employee who handled records was on break. Another staff member attempted to make a copy of the medical record but was told they could not. Then I was informed that my mom needed to provide written authorization. As I prepared to have my mom send that authorization, another employee stated that the request had to come directly from her primary care physician. The lack of consistency and clear guidance was both confusing and unacceptable, especially when timely access to medical records is essential for continued care. Patients and their families should not have to navigate contradictory instructions simply to obtain records related to their own treatment. Which process is actually correct? Why is it so difficult to access medical records when prompt medical follow-up depends on them?

After completing the paperwork, a staff member named "Lauren" (white late 20-ish year old) informed us that because this was a work related injury, we needed to contact his employer's HR department, as they are not a workers' comp facility. I asked her directly if that meant they could not treat him despite the urgency, and she REITERATED that we needed to go through HR so they could refer us elsewhere. Feeling frustrated, I initially left but returned to ask for her name. At that point, her explanation changed. She stated, in a very condescending and disrespectful manner, that she had intended to say they would see him, but that I didn't let her finish. ALL BULL -she was clearly finished. I told her that she was now saying something different because I came back to ask for her name and was not going to put up/accept the fact that she turned us away. I totally called her on her BS. Maybe she is used to talking down to people, but I didn't take her shit. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating, especially given the urgency of my son's condition. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this facility due to the lack of professionalism. I see that others on Yelp have complained about the front desk staff..so yeah, looks like THEIR HR department needs to do some work. UPDATE 04/07/26 - left the office manager a message on Friday, April 3rd for her to call me. No call back yet. This just shows they don't take this type of stuff seriously.

I got bill in the mail that shows I never paid copay (good thing I asked for that receipt) in total I was overcharged $465. I called them, left numerous messages and called the billing who only told me that the instructed AFC to return payment. Have they done that? No. Will they ever? The girls at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming and made the check-in process incredibly easy. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were from the moment I walked in. Megan, the PA, went above and beyond. I explained everything that had happened at my OBGYN and how much pain I had been experiencing. She actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously. She ordered both ultrasounds, a urine sample, and bloodwork for a PCOS panel to make sure we weren't missing anything. Kianna, the ultrasound technician, was absolutely amazing. The ultrasound was obviously an uncomfortable and nerve-racking situation for me, but she was so kind, reassuring, and patient. She helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience much more comfortable. She ultimately found the cyst that I had been worried about. Honestly, I left feeling more relieved to finally have an answer than upset about the result.
