The menu could look a little plain but they have an assortment of flavors to choose from! It was strong wonderfully made coffee. The staff was extremely friendly. And the ambiance was perfectly warm and cozy.

We were on a trip to sequoia and of course we needed coffee so we headed to the first coffee place we saw in the town... and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The interior is really nice and if you need to sit down and do some work it's the perfect place. The baristas were all really nice and made amazing coffee. I got the caramel macchiato with half and half and I have to say it is one of the best coffee that I have tasted in a while. My friend got the iced white mocha and a hot lavender honey latte and they have no complaints either. Overall great place and would come again if I was in the area

We really enjoy Exeter Coffee. Delicious drinks, fair prices, cute spot and friendly staff. Our favorites are the iced Americano be warned it's not a watered down drink! It's strong and flavorful. Second is their iced latte. Go by and try it out.

Ordered an iced americano with a pump of pistachio syrup and a splash of oat milk and it was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. Most places I go pour too heavy on the milk and sweetener, but not this place. The coffee flavor was so bold and delicious. Friendly staff and really cute atmosphere too.

I stayed in this cute little town of Exeter during my trip to sequoia and kings canyon national parks. It was closed on Friday - Sunday due to renovations, so I was pretty bummed out that I didn't get a chance to stop by this coffee joint until Monday before heading back home, better late than never :P Vibe & atmosphere were welcoming with bohemian and modern themed decors. The furnitures were carefully selected to match the room as well as the curated plants, fake & real lol. They also sell handmade candles, "smokey the Bear" prevent wildfires shirts and cute "MUPS" - Mugs + Cups. The baristas were so sweet and friendly; they recommended me the right amount of espresso shots & sweetener for my Americano. My coffee was smooth, caliente and filling. Woke me up just in time for brunch! I cannot wait to return here to try the other blends on the menu & explore more of this town. Thank you for such a welcoming first time experience, forever will be remembered as the only coffee spot in town that everyone loves!

It's a nice coffee shop but they only do to go coffee so if your expecting beautiful coffee pictures this place not it but you can have cute bible study date kind of the sitting kind of awkward. The service isn't bad it's okay and I didn't try any food there just a sweet latte . It was a cup so can't really show a picture

An almost daily routine on our days off! Great ambiance to enjoy a cup of coffee how ever you would like it served, it's served with a smile and the owner treats each customer like family. A few of my favorites are Iced Cold brew Iced vanilla/lavender latte Hot Carmel Macchiato Hot chai And their berry iced tea If you haven't tried it, don't hesitate! I'm not here to hate on corporate like St*rb$cks but let me tell you, don't waste your money on them when you have this jewel in Exeter! read more

Excellent coffee, with good service. I've never been disappointed here. They close EXTREMELY early in the day, but they are honest about posting their hours so it is not a surprise. I wish they were open later, but since they are always open when they say they are, & always advertise when they have unexpected breaks, I'm happy with their business. read more

Walked over to get a almond milk latte felt the cup being pretty light. It was too hot to drink, so by the time I went back to my Airbnb and left the drink on the counter to cool down, opened the lid to add sugar, and realized the cup is 1/4 empty! Nothing special about the coffee, and definitely a rip off, especially I paid $.50 more for almond milk. I actually had high hopes and walked over the last two days only to find out they were closed on Sunday and Memorial Day. read more

I love this cute little local coffee shop! I live in Visalia but I come here because I love it so much. Good coffee, good ambiance, and the owner and workers are nice and know all the locals. There's also free wifi! I love to come here and read or journal on my laptop. The only downside is that the inside is super small with only 2 tables. There's also 2 tables outside. Even when it's busy, I'm still always able to find a table to work at. read more

Passing through Exeter for a couple of days and we found this lovely coffee shop that was exactly what we needed first thing in the morning before heading up to the Sequoias. The shop offers muffins and some bagels for "food" and of course - coffees, lattes, iced teas, etc. The owner was very nice and welcoming to us New Yorkers! Support local businesses! read more

I've been dying to try this place for a while! Finally got the chance to today. Amazing taste and flavor of coffee when you first take a sip. Not the same mix of aromas or flavors when you drink a cup of any Starbucks coffee. You can taste the labor that was poured into your choice of coffee. It's a small and quaint location, but very friendly and great service. They make you feel welcomed and appreciative of you giving them business. Like it's something they do on a consistent basis. My Caramel Macchiato had a even mix of flavors all from the coffee bean to the caramel and whipped cream it was topped with. I will definitely be back again. read more

My husband and I stopped in here yesterday morning after breakfast for a frappe. I ordered the large carmel frappe with whip. My husband tried the vanilla frappe. Both were so good! Much better than starbucks and the servers/owners are so warm and pleasant to interact with. This cute little coffee shop is a wonderful and much needed addition to Exeter. I'm so glad Exeter has a coffee shop now. They are super friendly here and have amazing coffee. Prices are fair and the place is really clean and cute. My sister ordered a Keto coffee and the barista made it perfectly. My sister said it was the best she has had. I love loved every drink I've ordered so far. For me consistency is important with coffee drinks. They've done great with that. Some places they will be super sweet one day and then not all the next. It's one of my favorite places to go in Exeter. read more

This place has the MOST amazing cold brew coffee ever. Hands down. And the variety of flavors is just out of this world. The owner is so cool, super friendly, and always wants to make sure you're getting something you like. My current favorite: cold brew with a splash of whipping cream and almond mocha syrup. I was excited to see a small coffee shop open in Exeter, with the cute logo and the great location my expectations were high. I was quite disappointed by the unfriendly barista, the high prices and the espresso quality. My husbands cold brew was drinkable, but myself, a black coffee drinker usually, added cream to my americano just to drink half. I threw the rest away and probably won't return unless I have no other option. read more

2 strikes! This is the 2nd time I've gotten a latte there, both times it taste as if my espresso has been sitting there all day, before they poured it into my cup. I'm not sure if it is the brand of bean or maybe just the soy, but it has def not been smooth and creamy going down. I will give them another try though. read more

Everything I've tried has been fantastic but, my favorite drink by far is the iced coconut latte, delicious coffee with a hint of tropical coconut, makes my mouth water just thinking about it! This a very small charming and basic coffee shop. I thought the service was friendly and quick. The chai was excellent. Unfortunately the brewed coffee was nothing special. I also did not see options for more specialized brews, roasts, etc. I enjoyed it for what it was but the coffee snob in me needs more. I will certainly return for the chai! read more

Exeter Coffee Co makes the best coffee in all of Exeter/Visalia! They have a simple menu, but carry the essentials and a variety of alternative milks which is a must for me. The staff is friendly and remembers their loyal customers. My only complaint is that they're closed Sunday's - a necessary coffee day imo! read more

I "took one for the team " and tried a few cookies, really great ginger cookies and butter cookies with chocolate drop. All kinds of fresh pastries and breads . Daily lunch specials and discounts on Tuesdays for seniors. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is small town charm and eclectic. Lots of cute kitchen decor and items for sale. The downtown of Exeter is so beautiful and business friendly. It's worth the drive.

Exeter Coffee Shop is one of the best places to go get coffee. They are one of the best coffee places in town because they make a wonderful cup of any sort of coffee and more like smoothies, tea, and muffins, etc. and some of their best qualities are -neat and admirable inside buy the attention to detail, and the homie and comfy feeling it has -Charming feel to the place, so it is very cozy and not loud and obnoxious -The people who own the place where a self-made business, so they started from the bottom to the top -When you go in there you will never feel rushed, and the workers there are very friendly and nice, and not rude and grumpy -They included the tax next to the price of your coffee, so when the price of a coffee says that it is $4.75 that's how much your coffee is going to be, and that makes it nice for the simple fact that you know what you are going to get and how much it exactly coast Additionally, on top of all that my aunt went to another coffee shop one time and got a tea and she went to that Exeter Coffee Shop to see how it what all the commotion was about, and the owner saw that her tea was watered down and refilled her tea right on the spot with no charge. When I go there I usually get there Mocha frappe and I do have to say that they do make a mean frappuccino, and my mom usually gets the same thing but she gets an extra shot, but she said that when you ask them to give you an extra shot, they give you an extra shot and that even Starbucks doesn't compete to there extra shots in their drinks. Now although this is one of the best coffee shops in town, it is one of the only coffee shops in town, and they don't have as many options as like Starbucks, or dutch bro, but other than that this is one of the best coffee shops, and will be revisiting soon. read more

The Exeter Coffee shop is a place that I go to maybe once a month, but if I had more money, I would probably go to this nice little coffee shop more often. They have a variety of drinks for coffee lovers as well as people who dislike coffee with items like frappuccinos, tea, smoothies, as well as delicious food such as bagels and muffins. My usual order is a Java Chip Frappuccino, and they have never messed up my order. Not only have I had a great experience at the Exeter Coffee Shop but my friend has as well. When I asked, she mentioned how she has had lots of different drinks, and they have never messed up her order, and the drinks were delicious. She claimed that the only downside was that it was a little slow at times, but that the drink quality made it worth it. The prices are very low compared to places like Starbucks, which is the closest coffee shop we had, which is nearly 7 miles away, before Exeter Coffee Shop opened. There is always a nice, positive vibe in the shop, and whenever I have been there the service has been nice; a little slow at times, but with the nice music and decorations, it is worthwhile. The employees have never been rude and initiate polite conversations with the local customers. The level of cleanliness in the coffee shop is incredible. There is never overflow in the machines, no trash on the floors, etc. so I never am worried that my order won't be sanitary or safe to eat or drink. Whenever I am there, there are a lot of customers, so it is astonishing that the employees keep it so clean. read more

Many people dig the smalltown vibes and if so I would say you should check out Downtown Exeter, California. Many options are provided such as a local coffee shop, pizza, Mexican food, and even gym access. Also, many murals painted across town with hidden objects to have a fun little scavenger hunt while walking and touring the small urban downtown area. The local coffee shop Exeter Coffee company is a great stop. The service is very friendly and a nice environment while served with a smile. The coffee is probably not comparable to the Starbucks or Dutch Bros but still very good. Many options are provided from tea to smoothies to fraps. It's a warm welcoming environment to welcome everyone. They also provide food items such as muffins and bagels, a perfect start to your morning. The owner is also in very close contact with the customers. She has the small town character of knowing all the customers by name. I encourage you to stop by and experience it for yourself! Many people might say that it's not quick enough service cause the small staff, or it doesn't have a good vibe. But the service is very efficient and has a very original feeling and set up to it. It's not as much as a get your coffee and go, but more as a get your coffee to sit down and enjoy it! read more

From the first step into Exeter Coffee Co. you feel welcome the friendly staff greeting you with a smile. The establishment is small and cozy but there is not much room to sit and enjoy your coffee, The service is a little slow but that's understandable with two employees. I would not recommend going around 12:20 there's a rush of high school students rushing to get there frappuccinos and smoothies and a line out the door,There prices are about average for a cup of coffee. I would recommend the chai tea, or really everything ;I have yet to find something on there menu that I do not like. There menu is the same as any coffee shop the smoothies are delicious with flavors of berry, and strawberry, etc, Their Teas, and lattes I have heard are exquisite, their hot cocoa has the right blend of milk and chocolate (in my opinion). I would recommend to everyone Exeter Coffee Co. for all of your coffee needs they have great customer service, their coffee and Un-Coffee tastes delicious. I love going their and I will continue to go there for awhile. read more

Here in Exeter, this is my favorite coffee shop. This coffee shop makes a great first impression. When you walk in it has a very cute atmosphere and is always very clean. The workers are very nice every time I have gone, please note that I have gone many times. The service is very fast, even when the line gets long. The shop itself is not very big and there are few places to sit so at lunch I usually don't take a seat, it can be chaotic. Some may say the seating situation is a bother but I almost never have time to sit anyways, so it's no biggie. I have tried the coffees, teas, smoothies, and even some muffins and all were very good. The muffins aren't anything special, but they are still a great snack and very big. I have had the wildberry and strawberry smoothies, both were fantastic, my favorite is the strawberry. My favorite tea is the berry tea it is very good and they come in great sizes for a good price. I definitely recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed. read more
