I decided to try somthing different today with my haircolor which is usually dark brown. I booked an appointment with Nicki and was transformed into a new look! I have never been this experimental with my hair in the past. Maybe just one semi-vivid color (subtle violet), but that's it. Nicki asked me what rich colors I liked and she decided to blend the two colors. She really focused on her mixing and I liked that she wrote it down for next time. After straightening out my curly hair, she usedbl the curling wand all around in the back. After almost three hours, which included my eyebrows and upper lip to be waxed, I took a look at myself in the hand mirror and smiled. I can't thank, Nicki enough for helping my girlfriend in need. My friend, Kerry, fell down, hitting her head & had to have staples on her scalp. If I could give Alyssa Stice with eyelash extensions a 0 I would. Eyelashes fell out next day, communicated with her about it! She told me to come in and it would be a $30 fee to fill the one eye that the lashes fell out of. She has a Instagram page and if you leave a bad review, she deletes and blocks you. Do not recommend or trust this girl. Horrible service and very unprofessional! Not to mention, she loves to argue on social media with you and block you after you leave the truth on her page. I AM SO ANGRY AT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF JESSICA TREVISO @ EXHALE SALON AND SPA IN LODI, CA. I recommended my sister to her because I really thought she would do great on her hair. My sister booked it. Paid a deposit. And wasn't scheduled for a month! Okay, cool. Fast forward one month to today and her appt is at 8am. I get a message from Jessica at 7:15 am stating she had to cancel and to let my sister know because she doesn't have her number. Shit happens so whatever. First messages are between her and my sister. Second messages are what she sent to me. Y'all can read for yourself. All I see is excuse after excuse. So unprofessional. I will not recommend her like she asked and I will let EVERYONE know not to go to her either. Canceling of appts is typical with her because when I booked her last year she did the same with me. I don't care how good you are. Look no further Krista will not just make you look amazing she will become a wonderful friend. I met Krista a few years ago when I decided I didn't want purple hair any more. When I had my color correction consultation I was actually sent to see Krista. She did such a amazing job and she had such a great personality I decided to stay with her. At some point I jump in and started dating and Krista was always there for me. When I got engaged I couldn't wait to tell her. She was the only person I would trust with my hair for my wedding day. She was so understanding in the styles I was looking for. Krista was there for me through the whole processes which was a relief it was one thing I didn't need to stress about. When she wanted to meet at 8am I though it was too early, but thank goodness I listened. She had me,my bridesmaids, and flower girl all looking amazing. Plus ready on time. Just switched hairstylists and love this place! Was referred by a friend and am glad i decided to come here. Imelda really knows hair and did an awesome job on a botched up haircut. Not only that, everyone is so friendly! Thank you Imelda!! Update 5/2018: Last appointment I arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes to get into the chair. The cut felt rushed and wasn't quite the same as previous cuts probably because she was playing catch-up to be on time for her next appointment. After the cut, I was offered appointment times that did not work for my schedule when I work the weekends. I mentioned this to Imelda and then she gave me a 7am appointment as an alternative. Note that I drive 2 hours one way just for my haircuts, tip well and am a loyal customer and make my next appointment after my cuts. Time for me to move on. I have also recommended Imelda to a very good friend of mine and they told me she didn't return their calls - she called a couple times. I didn't know what to say. I realize she is busy and a very good stylist, but a courtesy return call to a person to let them know she wasn't taking any clients would have been a nice gesture. read more

I have been to Jessica Trevizo a couple times for my hair now. I was able to find her online and get into her for a haircut right before a wedding I was in. She did an awesome job. I've also been to her to have my hair colored and I absolutely love it. She did a fantastic job. She styled it and everything. Totally awesome. Overall I have had a great experience with Jessica and I will definitely be heading back to her! The salon is also nice and relaxing. A hairdresser named Jessica did not show up for a cut and color appointment that she had scheduled with me a week prior. I am really surprised that a hair stylist could be so unprofessional! When the owner called her and gave me the phone, Jessica seemed spaced out and unaware of how she took up my time. Also, I don't recall her apologizing for being a no show! Really disappointed...bought the Groupon for haircut & highlights with Jessica and made an appointment for a day before a big party I had coming up so I'd have new hair for the special day. Jessica TEXTED (didn't bother with a phone call even) to tell me that she wasn't going to be able to keep the appointment TWO HOURS before the appointment was scheduled for. She didn't offer an explanation, just suggested rescheduling for the following week. Of course, this hasn't left me with enough time to make an appointment somewhere else, so I guess I won't be as ready for this party as I planned...really disappointed with the lack of professionalism - I understand that things happen, but be respectful, offer a viable solution and put at least a little effort into making the client feel valued. read more

*I have only been here once* The place is very clean, very up to date and stylish. I just wish the workers would be nicer. Once I walked in someone said " Hi, how can I help you" in a rushed tone. I didn't even get to see what she looked like or get a name. Another stylist was working and chatting, then said "...and all this shit." I was alittle shocked at first, I'm not used to cussing in a professional setting. The other customers in the salon were very nice. None of them acted stuck up or rude. I had the best experience here today. I came in as someone who has dyed their hair platinum for 20 years. I couldn't remember what having my natural color felt like. I chose to go naturalish for the first time, and I thought I would leave feeling unsure of myself once I did it, however, I left feeling happier than I ever could have imagined. I went to this Salon for the first time last night. The gal the did my hair did a good job. The only complaint I have is I feel like I got gouged. I went online and checked out there prices befor I went in to have my hair done and thought they were pretty reasonable. So I just moved up to lodi and was looking to get my hair done. I've had my hair balayaged by the same girl for years in orange county but I wasnt looking to drive six hours to get my hair done so I started looking around, I was recommended to go to Jessica, I looked at her page and decided she would be perfect to do my hair. I really like this salon very relaxed and beautiful I had my hair done by jessica trevizo i had a color correction done. It took 7 hours to get my purple out but she was able to get it to a beautiful dark brown with very pretty blonde highlights this girl knows what shes doing and you can tell she loves her job. she has an awesome personality and is a very hard worker i highly recommend her she will try to give you what you want but with still keeping your hair healthy.
