I feel bad writing this but I'm literally almost in tears because I don't like how my hair came out. First, my appointment was at 4:30 and she didn't get me until 5. The girl was sweet but the cut is longer on one side than the other, and when she "styled" it she didn't use any heat protector on my hair before straightening it. It's sticking up like a bird. I honestly do feel bad because she was incredibly nice. They don't accept card which was inconvenient & nowhere on the entrance does it say "cash only". The ATM charges $3 just to take cash out. Overall not a pleasant experience but it was the only salon with a decent rating that was open during this whole shut down. Not a long drive for me, about half an hour away but I feel like I wasted my gas and time. Won't be back. read more

I want to start out by saying the ladies were very accommodating. My daughter had made an appointment with someone for hair and makeup for my older daughters wedding. The appointment did not get noted or the stylist forgot or my daughter had the wrong place....whatever the reason, they fit us in!!!! Nichole did both of our hair and it was great. She was fast and professional and it lasted the entire night. Mine was loose pinned up curls with a comb and I loved it. The lady that did the makeup did a wonderful job on my daughter. She looked gorgeous! Beautiful dramatic eyes, looked great in the pictures. The only complaint I have is the way my makeup came out. I am an older lady and have some lines on my face. The sweet girl put highlighter on my face and used frosted eye shadow, which combined to accentuate the wrinkles. I feel bad, I think she knew I was shocked. She wanted to surprise me with the look and I'm a pretty easy read, so when she swung the chair around for the big reveal, I'm pretty sure she was aware. I want to make sure the ladies know how much I appreciated them fitting us in and from the looks on the faces of the other customers in there, lots of good work is done here. read more

I wanted my hair to be a red. First time she dyed it the top was an ashy red, and the rest was black. Second time she dyed it, the stylist told me that the new colors she purchased would at least lighten my hair. My hair came out dark blackish purple. She said that because my hair is black that it doesn't capture the color well. But instead of lightening my hair she made it darker than it's ever been. I will never go back there. And I would never recommend this place to anyone. My hair is ruined. Not only is it nothing like the color I originally wanted, but it's even darker than I've ever had my hair. If I could give this place no stars I would. In response: I did not choose to go with the cheaper way. Your stylist chose that for me. It isn't my fault that you guys bullshit how good you are as "stylist" when you obviously don't know what your doing. I've never had any problems with my hair or its color, until I came to you. And you ruined my hair. You hair stylist was suppose make a new appointment with me. To correct my hair. She never did that. It was suppose to be on Saturday. She and I discussed this. I went in to get my hair cut by Megan with it being past my waist at butt length. I had asked for layers. When she showed up to my appointment late she was disoriented and couldn't find anything to start my cut. After 10 minutes of searching she finally gathered her things and started. She was extremely rough pulling my head from side to side and stabbing me with her nails in the scalp.I just wanted it to be OVER. After I left I realized how horrible she had messed it up... I left with a mullet!! When writing a review on Google I got a response back from the owner claiming I didn't like Megan's cut and cut the rest myself when I got home. This is NOT true. I ended up having to have 15in in total cut off to salvage my hair!!! I'm so upset that this salon is NOT taking responsibility for how bad Megan messed up! read more

I bought a Groupon for Katie at Salon Envy for a cut, color, and blow out. I made an appointment that night for the upcoming Friday with Katie over text message, where she informed me that on top of my groupon I would have to pay an additional 95$ to lighten my hair. I decided to go with this since I was really looking forward to getting my hair colored. I needed the color done by Saturday. Today, at 2:00, 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment, Katie cancels. She tells me to refund my groupon as she can't reschedule me. I call the salon to see if they can squeeze me in with someone else since I absolutely need my hair done and the notice is too short to get another appointment, yet they are no help. I am now unable to get my hair done before my event tomorrow, and will not be coming here in the future. I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service of the salon. read more

The owner Nicole did my hair. I was getting highlights and it takes my normal girl a few hours from start to finish. Nicole did my foils in about 20 minutes so I was impressed on how fast she was. She said she didn't understand why my usual stylist took so long. After my hair was dried and I went home I realized that my roots looked like they had already been growing out for a few weeks. The color was put on no where near my scalp. Also, bleach was put on my already blond hair so after I got home and brush it more my hair broke off. If you've ever had about a ton of hairs on the top of your head sticking strait up because the hair has broken off it looks horrible and several of my coworkers commented on how damaged my hair looked. Make sure you see a stylist who cares about you and not just making $100 an hour. read more

I had originally bought a $25 Groupon for a basic manicure and pedicure (usually $45, kind of pricey but good service), but for $10 more I got a gel manicure along with a basic pedicure from TJ Morgan. Even though I had to book an appointment 4 weeks in advance, the wait was worth it. I had such a wonderful experience! TJ really, really, REALLY took her time (I was there for 2.5 hours!) and was very meticulous with my nails. I have a nasty patch of eczema around my right ring finger, and unlike other nail salons I've been to, she was very gentle on my skin and nails! The one and only massage pedicure spa chair was pretty comfortable given that I didn't even bother asking how to adjust the chair. (There was not a drain for the water. TJ manually changes the basin water and heats it with a pad.) TJ was friendly and easy to talk to as well. I am so pleased with the results, and when I'm back in the central valley, I'll be sure to book an appointment with her again. I can continue to talk about the quality of service I received, but you should just go check it out yourself! read more

There are items for sale in the boutique portion of the salon which you can walk around and view while you have your hair color set.
