I had nasal surgery to correct my breathing issues and my problems came back just as bad as before 3 months after. I was supposed to get a turbinate reduction but for sone reason my turbinates were still large. At my 6month checkup dr. Vaughn denied my request for turbinate touchup. A year later, all of a sudden he said it would make sense to do an additional turn site reduction. Of course it would be a totally new procedure that he could bill my insurance for. I would recommend going to another doctor that isn't looking to squeeze out as much money as possible out of his patients read more

I'm appreciative of her thorough assessment, her ability to listen to my concerns, and share the different options of treatment. She not only provided solutions, but helped me understand what was going on based on the symptoms I shared. Dr Vaughn is an interesting guy but certainly not the one for me. He's overly touchy bedside manner was uncomfortable as I'm not that into touching strangers. He did do some explaining but not nearly enough for clear comprehension. I was sent home with a sleep study that they told me I didn't have to pay for which I found a balance due. I was also sent home with three papers for doctors I needed to schedule with but I had no clue what each doctor was supposed to be for. Finally I was given the results of my sleep study (which fells like an incorrect diagnosis) they said they would send the results to me and they have yet to do so. Idk this place give me bad vibes in my gut (Update they had a partial email no biggie easy to fix up, but when I saw my description on the sleep study I knew it then that whoever called me way over dramatized it. I recently had surgery from Dr. Ksiazek for a sinus condition. I was told that after the surgery I would no longer have a runny nose, I would sleep better, have more energy and generally feel better. I understood that there would be a very bad week of recovery after the surgery. I was not told that my face would be swollen and bruised for about three weeks and that nasal irrigations would have to be done for six weeks and complete recovery would be four months. When I called with concerns about post surgery symptoms I was told to call my general practitioner. Four weeks out, every concern is either perfectly normal or not related to surgery. I do not believe this surgery should be recommended for an 81 year old with a moderate condition. I'm disappointed in post surgery treatment and that the surgery was recommended. read more

I am very disappointed with them. I went to the doctor because I have a problem with mucus in the throat, but my visit was a waste of time and money. In the first visit, the doctor performed nasal endoscopy. Well, this is normal, but in the second appointment with her, I did not find the same doctor, but another doctor who performed the same procedure. Instead of focusing on the real problem, he suggested that he perform a turbiates reduction operation. I told him that I had that operation in 2023, but he insisted on it on the basis that it would improve the situation. I left the place, but after that, I got statement with high charge for nasal endoscopy procedure even my PPO insurance paid they still send the bill.if they told me about the extra charges I will never have this procedure. And when I call the office the billing department they don't want to understand the situation . They don't care about patient they just want their money .What bothered me is that this visit did not achieve anything positive for me expect the high bill that add to my expenses, read more

My visit was very productive as he scanned my nose and explained options and solutions. I LOVE this office! I have been suffering from vertigo since I was a teen, this was the first Dr. who really cared. He was honest with vertigo there is no one test to say this is what it is, so he said this is what I think it is, let's start here. He had a plan, he did not just refer me out. Also Lisa was amazing, I was getting nauseous and she explained to the Dr. what was going so I would not have to repeat my self. They also made an adjustment their schedule, to best help me. They both CARED and that's hard to find in healthcare. Also the office is supper clean! And staff is very nice, and helpful! read more

Exhale Sinus and Facial Pain Center are thieves. I have BCBS PPO and they said that they accept it and that Dr. Vaughn is in network. I paid the $15 copay and their external billing company did not process the claim properly. After trying to contact the doctor's office directly they claimed that they made a mistake and that Dr. Vaughn did not accept BCBS PPO until a few days after my appointment but that they would wipe out my bill because it was their mistake. Today I got a threatening email saying that if I did not pay the bill within 3 days they would send me to collections. I have never dealt with such thieves and will be reporting them for insurance fraud and to the BBB. read more

My visit with Dr. Vaughn was great. I had been very disappointed in the attention I got at a well known sleep clinic, where they gave me a sleep test, the results of which they did not explain, and said, "Do you want a CPAP or a dental device?" Dr. Vaughn, on the other hand, did a serious examination and discovered the cause of my nighttime breathing issues. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. Then he gave me a small, unobtrusive nasal device that has changed my sleep, and therefore my life, greatly. I couldn't recommend him more highly. read more
