This is the 2nd time within 6 months that I've stopped at Exhaust Pro on Winchester Rd. to have air put in my tire. The guys were out to lunch. The manager, older man with mustache, told me to come back in an hour! He could've done this! Or does his position prevent him from assisting customers?? This would've taken 5 minutes, but nooo, his don't want to work attitude cost him a future potential customer!! The guys in the shop are very helpful and friendly. I always tip well, even for air. Horrible experience paid 1400$ for both exhaust manifolds to be replaced, my exhaust still has a ticking noise and they also broke 2 of my brake lines refusing to fix them. Horrible business people steer clear. read more

I called ahead of time about an appointment and was told it's first come first serve. I was diagnosed, repaired and on the road again in 28 minutes!!! I had a "rotted" band around the exhaust that cost 75.00, apparently a very reasonable price from a semi knowledgeable person I asked. Took my truck to get the exhaust welded and they told me it was done.. I walk out side and look at the repair and they only welded half of it back together. They took the truck back in to finish the repair and no joke this weld job looks like a two year old done it. I'm happy to provide pictures if anyone would like to see this crap job . Went to the this location instead of the normal Boston Rd. location. Was asked to pull into the oil change bay and the only questions I was asked were my name, mileage and if I did in fact want an oil change. Upon asked by more questions about price and what was being done to my car, I was then informed the process was started without my knowledge and was then cursed at when I asked them to stop. Worst experience getting a simple oil change and experience with a member of management as the employee who was inappropriate stated she was the manager on duty. read more

10 minute oil change for 29.99 Dont go to the places that keep your car all day. Just drive thru oil change. The guys that work here know there stuff and also are really friendly for a garage. I have 200k miles on my car and have been getting my oil changed here every 3k miles and have always pulled out of there happy and not had any problems w my car. read more

Mechanic called my wife a dumb ass. Use to love this place it was friendly until today. Plus went their knowing that the thermostat was bad. He told my wife that carbon monoxide was leaking causing antifreeze to turn green and the the head was cracked. Result need new engine instead of thermostat bad. What an idiot. Never going there again. Just finish working on the car. Thermostat was stuck do to freezing weather and water in the antifreeze, after repairing thermostat and putting better antifreeze in the tank. not over heating at all and heater blowing hot air.
