He also noticed the wheel bearing needed fixed and gave us a good deal to get everything done! I am so relieved to have my teenager driver driving a safe vehicle now! I was told that another technician would test drive the car to see if he noticed anything. He did not hear a rattle, either. I settled on the distinct possibility that the rattle I was hearing was in my own head. They checked everything out and assured me that everything was fine. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I asked how much my bill was. I was told it was zero. This was a situation they could have taken advantage of, but they didn't. Whenever my car does (legitimately) need service, this will be the place I take it. I am more than confident in their integrity and, while I had no services performed, I am equally confident that anything they do will be done correctly.
