That doesn't mean it was absolutely horrendous, but it was underwhelming for the price. We did the Murder Mystery escape room, which, granted, was marked as a moderately hard room. However, there's a difference between difficult and impossible to figure out. This room was the latter. Part of the reason we kept struggling was because the room wasn't properly functioning. Two clues weren't in their proper place from the previous guests and the game masters had to come in and get them out of the locks with pliers. We weren't given much extra time after these mishaps, and the clues they kept giving us were things we had already figured out -- almost like they were AI generated or pre-loaded. The entire room was just... underwhelming. I don't necessarily regret doing this room, every Escape Room is a cool experience, this one was just not as cool, I guess.

Once you walk in, it takes you back in time and it feels like you're walking into a Blockbuster. Very nostalgic! I love that they see how you communicate with each other prior to going into the room. I won't tell you how exactly because that'll ruin the experience. We did one room, Escape Plan, and we were told it was the easier one of the three. We escaped in about 29 minutes! We do quite a bit of escape rooms together so we will be going back for the other two rooms. You definitely use your head but it's not too easy and not too hard either. We didn't ask for any hints. What made the experience 5/5 was when we finished, we had a very long conversation with the employee who turned out to be one of the owners, Walter. He is very passionate and explained how they came up with these ideas. You could see how genuine he was and his passion for his business. The room was really well set up and all of the clues made sense with the theme. My one hold up is that I wish there was some type of hint about where to start first in the video you watch before starting your countdown. We managed to get all turned around because we did the locks out of order. I'll still head to Will You Escape? the next time I'm feeling an escape room itch, but if it was that difficult for me to get out of the room with a 70% success rate, I'll probably fail their other rooms. The gentleman working there was incredibly attentive, friendly, and polite. He took the time to explain all of our options and gave helpful advice to make sure our group had the best possible experience. Afterward, he even offered everyone cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch. This ended up being the perfect birthday activity for my 11-year-old. The combination of great entertainment and exceptional customer service made the day extra special.
