Both the spicy and sweet bbq were delicious. Perfect ribs fell off the bone and were so juicy. The owner, Josh, is a self made man who became a pitmaster because his wife loves bbq. Stopped off for a quick bite and so glad we did. The pulled pork sandwich with the slaw on top is by far the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a fancy sit down restaurant this isn't it. I love barb b q. I travel all around trying out new places. This place was not worth the stop. On top of that, they gave me a small thing of barb b q sauce. Best roadside bbq in West Tennessee: a minute off the interstate in a nothing fancy food truck. Get there early if you want ribs. Sometimes they sell out to the truckers by early afternoon. The hot pork sandwich is my fav but the hot dogs are not far behind. Love the slaw dog. The sides are improved both the slaw and bbq beans. Tasty and good value. We were told this was the best BBQ around and it just didn't live up to our Texas tastebuds. We are used to smoke...as in smelling it upon walking up to the window and tasting it in the meat. There was no smoke. We ordered pulled pork sandwiches since they did not have brisket. The sandwich was alright; the bun was fresh and the meat was tender with a spicy sweet sauce. Phemoninal BBQ. Were on a long road trip from Nashville to Dallas. We were so lucky to have found this spot by happenstance. Got a 1/3 Rib Plate and a BBQ plate and split them both between two people. Awesome food. I don't know if or when I'll ever come back but if I'm in West Tennesee again you can bet I'll be back here. This is what I definitely would a dive restaurant, a trailer with a shed built around it. The girls are friendly and gregarious. The food is absolutely the best. I am not a potato salad fan but I liked theirs. The pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw was the best I have ever had in the entire south. Me and my Grandpa (employee of Little Debbie) came from Georgia in a Semi-truck to drop off Sunbelt snacks in Arkansas and picked up another crate. We came 3 1/2 hours to the BBQ place here and picked up food while we stayed in the area of the gas station. When we pulled in, the food was amazing. The sauce was a perfect mix of tang and sweet and the barbeque was tender and was very delicious. The ambiance of the food truck was exceptional and the service was fast and the workers were nice. Stopped by here for bbq a couple of weeks ago. One plate was ribs, coleslaw and baked beans other plate was bbq pulled chicken sandwich with slaw on it, potato salad, baked beans. Plates are very full. I honestly think you could share one plate it's so much lol But first time trying it and we were able to taste a little of each. Very heavy smoke flavor especially on the ribs it leaves a smoke smell on your fingers. Potato salad is good. BBQ sweet sauce is nothing fancy but it's good. Taste like Baby Ray's perhaps. The lady at the window was friendly. However playing in your hair with gloves on, answering the phone etc is not good. With that being said i want be back because of that I will definitely say something. If you know you must answer the phone you need to remove your gloves and then answer, then put on a new pair after you finish your phone order if you're helping plate food.
