Around five minutes into our conversation, and me showing her my home, I felt confident in her and I knew she was the person! We were selling our home in Clarksville, TN while we lived 13 hours away in North Carolina. She took on all responsibilities of the home, from calling maintenance work to every little detail that needed to be cared for. We are so very grateful for Sue Hill and the Steve Nash Team. She stayed on top of everything, keeping us in the loop about everything going on. Steve Nash was excellent at making sure we had our documents read, signed etc. These two work together great to provide awesome service! Since we are a Military family who needed to sell quickly, we were pretty stressed out, until we hired Sue Hill and the Steve Nash Team, from that moment on, she made it as stress free as possible. In our opinion, it sold rather quickly. She knew we were Military, she knew our needs, and that we needed to sell our home in a timely manner, and she did it! Sue answered all of our questions, and she was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect from marketing the home to fixing things in the home to finding the right maintenance person, title company etc.. (which by the way, she used an EXCELLENT title company for us who stayed on top of every single document) I felt so confident and trusting in Sue, that I pretty much said here is my home, whatever you think is best, do it......and she did! Normally, I'm the type of person who is bending an ear with this and that, but I just felt so comfortable and confident with and in our real estate agent, that I was able to sit back and honestly, do nothing. We ended up with a great deal on the house, and in all honesty, I have absolutely no negative comments regarding this sale or our agents firm. We are 100% satisfied! I would give 10 stars if allowed! Prior to signing, we were explicitly told the unit would be professionally cleaned and move-in ready. When we received the keys, that was not the case. The apartment required extensive cleaning, and we ultimately had to hire professional cleaners ourselves after receiving little meaningful remediation despite repeated communication. Since move-in, we have dealt with a long list of unresolved maintenance issues, many of which were documented immediately upon occupancy, including: - a nonfunctional washing machine with standing water and visible mold - a nonfunctional microwave - exterior openings allowing animal activity in the walls/ceiling - a broken mailbox lock (mailbox doesn't close at all) - missing window screens - multiple additional maintenance and safety concerns We are now nearly a month into the lease and all of these items still remain unresolved. To be fair, Michelle eventually stepped in, acknowledged that our move-in experience fell short, and approved a partial rent credit toward the cleaning expense, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience has still felt highly reactive rather than proactive, with much of the burden of coordination falling on us as tenants. The most frustrating part has honestly been the lack of preparedness and follow-through. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but a unit should not be turned over in this condition after repeated assurances that it was move-in ready. We are hopeful the remaining issues will ultimately be resolved, but wanted to share our experience candidly for anyone considering renting through this management company.

Upon moving in the house wasn't cleaned and the stove was filthy. They stated the state of TN HAS to hold our deposit for 30 by law just in case they run into any thing else.... well we still got charged for many things that we shouldn't have! Steam cleaning, flaws on wall, damage to floors, deep cleaning and light bulbs. Needless to say the homeowners had plans to replace the floors, paint the walls due to selling their property and we def are not filthy people so cleaning was done thoroughly, there was no major damage at all exception of not replacing all the light bulbs but we still got over $600 in charges were taken out of our deposit. Be aware and write down everything prior to moving in or else more than likely you will be charged. It's a repetitive cycle of bad business ethics. When calling the realty to inquire why my deposit was so low I was told the person I needed to speak with is out of the office so I left a voicemail with no call back ever!

Currently Property Management companies in Clarksville have a dominant position over Military homeowners without appropriate counter to charging management fee for only collecting rent.
