Keystone is a robber and a joke. If you look at their listing the application fee is $45.00 but when you go to process it they charger $75.00 plus they will not let you look at the places until you process your application really.

So I guess you guys think that it's acceptable to rip off locals. I don't recommend this apartments to anyone ! The conditions that they leave their apartments in are APPALLING and GROSS. You guys should be ashamed at yourselves for trying to push these nasty apartments on people. Does anyone in your office actually clean anything? Dust left on the fans, dirty carpets, junk and trash left behind the washer and dryer!!! Cracks in the ceiling!! Then you greedy people have the nerve to withhold people's deposits.. you all should be ashamed and are robbing people. Not going to waste my time saying much more. AVOID THIS PLACE and double check everything before you move in because they cannot be trusted. FYI if you encounter Christina, I'd personally avoid her. She doesn't care about the customers and will laugh and smirk in your face.

The 150 dollar "stain" I was charged for

This is a crap property management company. This is your warning not to rent from them. Everything with them is a fee. When you give your deposit they automatically keep 200 bucks for "administrative fees", you all don't pay your employees? I have to out of my security deposit? They charged me 150 bucks to clean a baked on stain in the oven that would not come off. This was an old used oven. Problems with your rental....they will get to it.....at some point in your lease. Actual help from the office? Nah, leave a message they will get back to you after you call 3 more times. I talked to the previous renter of my place when they came to pick up a package. Same treatment and they warned me no to expect my full deposit back. This is a money hungry company that could care less once they have u sign the dotted line.

She failed to send our renewal notice on time, and I had to remind her. Even then, she waited until only 20 days before our lease expired to provide three poor comparables that were clearly not similar to our home. I ended up doing all the market research myself. When I considered ending our agreement, she threatened me with a full year's management fee instead of addressing the issues. We have worked with MR on three properties and even bought one through them, but because of Michelle's lack of effort and unprofessional handling of our account, we will not be using MR again. She argues constantly, never admits she's wrong, and could put in more effort.

We rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience moving into a Marshall Reddick-managed…read moreproperty in Nashville has been extremely disappointing. Prior to signing, we were explicitly told the unit would be professionally cleaned and move-in ready. When we received the keys, that was not the case. The apartment required extensive cleaning, and we ultimately had to hire professional cleaners ourselves after receiving little meaningful remediation despite repeated communication. Since move-in, we have dealt with a long list of unresolved maintenance issues, many of which were documented immediately upon occupancy, including: - a nonfunctional washing machine with standing water and visible mold - a nonfunctional microwave - exterior openings allowing animal activity in the walls/ceiling - a broken mailbox lock (mailbox doesn't close at all) - missing window screens - multiple additional maintenance and safety concerns We are now nearly a month into the lease and all of these items still remain unresolved. To be fair, Michelle eventually stepped in, acknowledged that our move-in experience fell short, and approved a partial rent credit toward the cleaning expense, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience has still felt highly reactive rather than proactive, with much of the burden of coordination falling on us as tenants. The most frustrating part has honestly been the lack of preparedness and follow-through. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but a unit should not be turned over in this condition after repeated assurances that it was move-in ready. We are hopeful the remaining issues will ultimately be resolved, but wanted to share our experience candidly for anyone considering renting through this management company.

This company charges you and extra 60 dollars a month for a package that you cannot get out of to send you a box of air filters. They try to charge you extra fees if you are not fast enough to respond to an email. If you are going to renew your lease they charge you an extra 250$ that you do not know about until the time to renew. This company will find a way to nickel and dime you at every single turn. They do not upkeep the properties when they are vacant. When I moved into a place managed by them half the lights in the house were burnt out. The one door I missed on my walk through that led to a pantry had its walls covered with black and green mold. (This did get fixed). You have to jump through more hoops to rent from these people and pay more than what it would be just to buy a house. Do youself the favor, if you see this company, just keep it moving... it is not worth your time, health, or the increased hassle or stress.

So I'm not able to afford a rental for $2600 even though I make well over that per month. Also refuses to show you VACANT properties unless you agree to a move in date. So apparently June 1st wasn't good enough for them. Please stare clear. Edit: The property that I requested to be seen is vacant just like all of the units that you guys currently have available. They're all vacant. And I clearly stated to Janessa that my lease does not expire until June. Why would I move in to a property on May 15th when I requested a June move in date? Your company is asking applicants to commit to a property that they may not even like and judging by the vacancies of these units I see why you guys are trying to push for occupancy. As I stated before stare clear. There are way better property management companies that you should consider.
