The island was particularly difficult to layout and they sent me multiple ways to install the quartzite. Almost everyone I showed the layout possibilities suggested going in a different direction than was recommended by Exodus. Exodus provided countertops for our outdoor kitchen and I cannot overstate how awful they were to work with. Poor communication - we're talking months before any response mid job. Finally they gave us a timeframe after several requests only to find we were lowest ranked. During one install the countertop cracked and the business didn't even acknowledge the situation until we sent a curt email. We (read my small children) also found razorblades that were left on the ground. Consistently poor communication until they were ready to collect a check, then it went from 3 months to 3 minutes. If you're looking to stretch your project out by a year or two and don't want any status updates - this is your jam!!! read more
