Well maintained private gym, with tons of equipment. Note: Towels are not available. Ramin/owner is a great trainer. He is also well versed in nutrition and supplements, to the point where he has created his own powdered drink called UNLEASH. I cannot stress enough on how much I love this drink. It's the perfect companion to aid you in losing weight. I mix 2 scoops (daily) at 6:30am...I then have enough energy to lift weights & cycle in the morning and not eat anything till 12noon. He has another product called PM (pill form) that you take before you sleep. It has the opposite effect of UNLEASH. I initially joined this gym about 3 months ago after finally coming to the conclusion I need help to get the results I wanted. He give me tips or advice when needed,also put me in a great diet that worked wonderful, I lost a total of 38 pounds.
