The extensive hair loss meant a full wig was the best option. When the family came in, the stylist gave them the time, understanding & compassion they needed to feel relaxed about their decision making. The child chose a wig for herself & was carefully fitted. I ended up leaving crying because it was more than obvious they were talking sh!t about me to each other right in my face. Then less then a month later 3 of my toe nail polishes peeled off. I went back in to have them fixed and they did at no charge. Unfortunately however 2 days after that 4 of my nails' polish including the big toes peeled off and I called back to see what could be done. They charged me full price for a polish change. I would never recommend this place to anyone that wants their nails to last, or who want a simple nail design. Take your money somewhere else! Second the male nail technician told me the price and I asked why so high? He tells me because the rent in the shop is high! Wtf! (I should have walked out then). Then he begins doing my nails, I had to keep him informed on what color he should be on.(I only used two, my middle fingers were opal and the others were red sparkly) He then tried to redip the nail and it turned red. (It was opal). He did not use a drill to file instead he used the smallest file he could purchase leaving behind ragged surface and jagged edges. I Am Thoroughly Dissatisfied. I had to ask could I was my hands and dip was all over my cuticles and stuck on my fingertips. The whole mall should be made into a place that prides themselves in their work!!!
