Came here years ago and had great service. No so much lately. They just want to get you in and out and don't care about the service. The most recent trip the man cut my foot so bad it bled for 10 minutes, they had to put nail glue on it to close the wound. That's not the worst part, I get accidents happen. The sad part was he only apologized once and nothing else was said about it. The shellac didn't last a week, multiple nails are chipping and he didn't apply the polish across the entire nail on two of my toenails. They didn't offer a discount or anything for making me bleed! $80 and I won't be coming back anymore. read more

Full set+ pedicure, they refuse disposable foot pumices on multiple people and place it on the floors which are beyond dirty. They cut my foot while pumicing and bled pretty bad stuck my foot back into the pedicure bath water. The place is tiny and crowded. Nails were so thick it was painful when they came off weeks after. All around not a good salon the decor is rundown and missing tiles the floor is sticky. read more

I got a fillin and With sheallac, the same night both thumbs had peeled like the first layer hadn't and dried completely. I went back the next day and they fix the issue by taking off all 10 fingers and redoing them. Now two days later it appears The same thing has happened the bottom layer did not completely dry and my nails are peeling again I will never go back to this salon it's a waste of money. read more

I saw all the good reviews and decided to go here for my birthday, while I was getting my nails done the environment is friendly and polite, but the out come of my nails wasn't worth the money ! They left acrylic underneath most of my nails, and even tho I messed up a jem on my LEFT hand my RIGHT wasn't even in the middle (as pictured) which I didn't mess up the older gentleman placed them like that. I wanted my cuticles cut back because of how I didn't like them and 1. He didn't even push back my cuticle 2. He then cut/trimmed down AFTER he painted them saying that's how it's supposed to be. Where he even did a bad job at doing that as well, he even cut my pinky cuticle wayyy to short to where it hurt and even started to bleed (both nails are pictured)((I also cut them down and in the process of taking them off as of right now)) which they are very hard to take off then the other places I've been to))) he also did my pedicure where he even cut my big toe cuticle to where it looks horrible (pictured) to add it didn't even last a full week !!! I got these done on the 10th and now it's the 15th are you serious??? Not worth the money, if you decide to go here I don't suggest the older gentleman, or getting any jems, and even cutting the cuticles !! I'm never coming here again. read more

I would recommend Vinny at this salon. I left so happy last night! My overlay was so perfect I didn't even want polish. Be prepared to pay more than the usual but his service is worth it. He is thee best if you like chrome nails like I do and always wants to make sure you are satisfied. I came here today because my normal place was closed for construction. My first impression is that it's extremely small! There were 3 men sweeping and cleaning, the place could use some upgrading and updating but I was seated and serviced immediately..their shellac selection is HUGE with beautiful color choices. They didn't seem to have a big selection of regular polished but that's not what I wanted anyway. My nails were done to my liking, this may be my new spot. ASK FOR VINNY. I know his work is good. You have to beware of the techs that nobody goes to because it's usually a reason. I went to a different tech there and when I took my nails off I had green fungus on nearly every nail!!! read more

I grew up in South Warren, so I know this area well. I have been to this salon several times in the past, but the one experience in particular is what I want to review. I got married in September of 2011. A couple of days before the wedding I took my 2 sisters here so that we could all get our nails and toes done. we couldn't get all of our schedules synced up, so when I called to make an appointment, they offered to stay open for just us 3 after normal business hours!!! My sisters got acrylic or gels, I can't remember, and I got Shellac. First off, let me just say that the nails all looked beautiful. I wanted red nails and toes for my wedding, and they had the most gorgeous reds to choose from! They also somehow shaped my short, stubby nails to look beautiful on their own! On my honeymoon, I went to Jamaica. I climbed a waterfall there and STILL, my polish was perfect! Also, during the application of the polish, I was excited talking about wedding stuff and managed to mess up the polish before it was cured. They were SO sweet about it, and just laughed it off and said "Let's try that again". Shellac is a long process, so this made me smile. I was stressed about so many things on the day of my wedding. The only thing that I didn't really have to worry about was the beauty of my nails and toes. :) I would highly recommend this place for a wedding party or formal event! read more

I gave one star for their quick service but it was horrible, horrible horrible. The older lady upselled every little thing. $1 extra for white polish, $1 extra for two coats of glitter polish, very few colors to choose from, cutting nails 1/8" long just pass fingertips are $18, cutting nails 1/4" is $23. I went because the price list offered air brush. No air brush available. Nails cut different lengths, acrylic thickness different on several nails. I will not be going back. read more

This was the worst place I have ever!! The service was awful!! The lady who did my nails was very rude and lacked the skill to do a pedicure and acrylic nails. My nails were done so poorly another manicurist had to attempt to make them somewhat decent. They did not apologize for the horrible work and poor customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone!! You will leave unsatisfied. And very angry. I am now paying someone to fix the disaster and I was charged for shellac and received regular polish!! read more

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went in to try their new eyelash fillin, extentions, and it was horrible. It BURNED during the process. I told her multiple times and she ignored me and continued to go on. She then said "it's normal". THEN she told me that to get it off "Vasalibe 5min. Then hot towel, comes right off". DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!! She put a big chunk of glue on my lashes. It was as hard as rock! I even bought adhesive eyelash glue remover. STILL DIDN'T WORK! Worse experience EVER! read more

Decided to stop in here a few weeks ago because it had decent reviews, but I'm going to assume it was for prior management as they're now under new management and I didn't get the same good quality nails I read about. For starters, the gentleman doing my nails spent more time worrying about who was FaceTiming him or FaceTiming other people than the fact that he didn't cover my entire nail with acrylic. I decided to get a different shape than normal so I wasn't sure if that's how it was supposed to be until I went to a different salon and the nail tech told me that my nails were exposed which resulted in me having to pay more than usual to get them fixed. I got shellac over my acrylic and it was streaky and see through, again, first time getting shellac so I wasn't sure what it was supposed to look like. Maybe the shellac was old? I don't know. But my nails I got done yesterday don't look anything like what I had done at this place. read more

This salon is friendly but the service is slow and the place is not very clean. My manicure was not done well because the polish was put on too thick and it took FOREVER to dry. Two coats should be applied thinly enough so that it dries evenly. read more

Based on reviews posted before, a friend and I decided to try this nail salon while on a business trip to Detroit. Good, quick, cheap, polite. Old school attention to details. I know what a quality pedi and mani is and you most certainly won't find it here. First off, they are cheap. Really stingy with the foot scrub and don't even think about a nice foot massage, you get a 15 second once over on each leg/foot and that's it. They are really unsanitary, and they throw the pedicure tools in the water after they finish using it, so when you are doing your final scrub all these tools are bumping your legs! That's how they wash them folks. Now onto the mani, they used cheap dish detergent in the mani bowl filled with some rocks at the bottom and I guess that is supposed to do it for you. Cuticles were a wreck job from hell! and they sprayed some stuff on that tools..didn't smell like anything, alcohol, nothing, could have been water for all I know. I won't be going back to that place! It's highly unsanitary and while I like a deal..I don't want an infection. DON'T GO! read more
