Several layers of cuticles hadn't been trimmed. The owners ignored my complaint. They showed no professional concern. Not a word of apology or suggestion. They simply left without a word. When the employees don't have customers, they're on their phones or sleeping in the pedicure chairs. They don't have time to keep their stations clean. they don't sanitize their tools.The worst are the nail dryers. It's a shame they even serve them to customers. They're dirty and disgusting. There's a complete lack of hygiene. I don't recommend this place.
