Tried out Holly's Nails on a referral from a friend at work. Glad I did. Was able to get right in with no wait and Vincent did a great job. My nails were really damaged and paper thin. It was my first time here. Clean place and friendly staff. I was a walk in and I didn't have to wait long cause I came around 10am so that was nice. My nails were okay. She didn't get rid of the cuticles that well and so after she painted them it didn't look neat and immaculate. The massages were great though. But i wish she paid closer attention to the tiny details. Would probably come back since I live close by and it's convenient. Maybe I'll try the other staff. read more

well I went to Holly Nails and Hannah was great...the first time. I tipped her big time...thought I had found a great place. Im not really picky and never really complain...just find another place if one doesnt work out. Then last week she scheduled a n appoint with me for 3:00...she picked the time. I got there a little early as I always do, respectful of others time. At 3:12 I texted Hannah . She said "sorry picking up my kids cant make it today" , I asked "when did you plan on telling me?", her response was "give me 7 minutes" and then another text... "3:30"...so I was going to wait for her, and it texted her that I didnt understand, because first she said she couldnt make it, then 7 minute, then 3:30. I just wanted to understand what was going on. Then she texted that she thought my appointment was for 3:30.....fine. I could have gotten over this and gotten my nails done. I had removed the acrylics myself the day before so she wouldnt have to. Now its 3:25 and she calls me and tells me that she has another appointment scheduled at 4:00 and cant see me!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!! Get your story straight....if she thought she scheduled me at 3:30 she couldnt have had a 4:00.....I felt totally dicked around, I had taken off work early to get there, 3:30 would have been better for me to begin with. I then texted her we could reschedule for the next day because with my nails removed they were getting really sore....never heard back. dont waste your time on this one....very rude and disrespectful. too bad because I really liked her the first time. read more

Went here and within a week my acrylic nails lifted and started to come off and when I got my pedicure the water was cold and my nails got cut way to short it was painful. I only recommend if you want something inexpensive. read more

I have been going here for years with no issues. However it appears that the salon is under new management. First off I go to the salon and there is a sign on the door...closed, come back at 12. (I shouldnt have went back!)I went for a pedicure and a full set. I was initially told that I couldnt do a full set because none of the people working that day knew how to do one. Then the manager comes from the back and tells me that she can do my full set. I should have just declined...but I figured she knew what she was doing...WRONG. My nails are extremely lumpy, misshapen, my thumbs look dramatically different, and there is a huge gap between my thumb nail and the tip added to my nail (I had her fix my thumbs and they still came out this way). I am giving the place a 3 star because I have never had an issue in the past. Linda and Sue are the best nail techs there hands down...however I can no longer support that business with the new manager. Why lie to say that you can do a full set just to get my money? I ended up getting shellac instead of polish because the service took extremely long and I didnt have time to wait for the polish to dry. I was there from 11:40am until 2:30pm. Went here because my daughter recommended however my nails were AWFUL. The girls that work here talk to much and are very nosey. Don't ask me a million questions just do my nails! And if I want shellac I will say so, when u keep asking u seem desperate for money! I got the cheapest service because I was going to have it redone at my usual salon. Went there the other day only 1 nail tech available. Wanted a dip. Worst nail job I ever got!!! Horrible clumps, nails not even, tech told me well it's done now ! paint left on nail beds the tech said " oh it will wash off !! Please if you don't have Linda or Sue doing your nails WALK AWAY! i used to come here all the time....went again last week and well that will be my last time! Went in and there were only three people working....after waiting over an hours i had to go and come back the next day....this time i made an appt, arrived early and still waited almost 40 min to be seen. During my manicure the lady got up three different times, to check someone out...help with a pedicure 9which grossed me out) and do something else that required her to go the back for a good five min. The service was great, but they messed up my nails so badly I had to go to a different salon and redo them all over again.

I decided to try this place because it was close to my house. I walked in and it was honestly really gross and dirty looking. The shellac polishes they had to choose from looked really cheap, wasn't a single recognizable brand. I sat down and asked how much for my shellac mani and they tried to charge me an extra $5 to soak off my existing gel polish even though i know for a fact that is included in the price of a shellac mani in every salon i have ever been to.
