We called the vet who faxed the proof over & on the paper was ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE name so again we should keep records but they don't keep records where their $ goes. Then more questions after she had the proof .! Jump through hoops more or less .Should have more bonding time with the older cats in the big colonies & separate alone time in a room. Not with 8 other cats.cant get a cats attention during feeding time & a bunch of other cats running all around.. they don't tell u about a wellness check needed within a month & they will call the vet to make sure we took him .The cat we adopted just had a wellness in April she saud but needed one by end of June, once a,year which was not a,year at all but that was another 70$ the vet looks at him ,listens to his heart & sees if hes well .Animal league could so that there. If we didn't take him they would take the cat fr us .like she had some real issues of rudeness !!!! Every one else was fantastic. Bethenny the CEO .is very dishonest. Says she will call but never did .ever !!!! Said after 5 but called at 5;30 & she went home. Never ever returned my call.once .After 4 days still no call ! Very poor at PR.!

The kennel attendant sent me a text and picture of Miss Kora during her boarding as a check in. Since I was a first time client, they asked if I wanted to walk her back into the kennel at drop off. While I completely trusted my sister's recommendation (she's got even higher standards for pet boarding than I do!), I took them up on the offer. The big dogs were very vocal, but they kept Kora to the center of the aisle and she walked right into her little kennel run. It was very clean - no dog smell, just the barking. Each dog gets 2-3 fleece blankets to make their run more comfortable. There is no group play here, which is a priority for me, so if you're looking for the Thunderdome, they don't have it. Wags is a paper based business. Reservations are by phone, and they ask for paper boarding agreements and paper copies of your vaccines. Easy enough, but make sure to print them off before you go. The office staff also made sure to double check regarding food and any needed medications. My pup is super low maintenance, so nothing doing for us. My sister's dog is quite high maintenance with special feeding, and they were happy with the attention that the staff paid to Miss Needy's lengthy list of requirements. I did have trouble with the phone lines - there is currently no voicemail at the kennel and they weren't really attentive to incoming calls. I was able to get through on the grooming line, but I would recommend getting a voicemail for the kennel and checking regularly - they asked for updates on arrival or pickup times, for example, but there was no way to provide that information. This was consistant through the week prior to and the day of drop off, so it wasn't a one time glitch. Other than that, we had good customer service, adn Kora seemed pretty comfortable with staying there. On my way out, I made another reservation for the weekend of my sister's wedding! The wall behind the check in desk is papered with pictures of their doggie clients and notes from their associated humans!

I get in the car and the back seat is covered in blood, she's bleeding out of 4 of her nails and in pain. I called the vet upset and she then proceeded to tell me to put flour on it and it should stop rather than tying to explain how it happened and if there is something we can do to fix the issue , she then started to cuss at me and trying to make us look like bad people when we were just concerned as to why our dog was bleeding out of all 4 paws. If you don't want to have the mess of bathing your fur baby at home they have a dog wash there in the store fully stocked with everything you need to shampoo and dry your pooch! $10 per dog and its a great deal! Papers were everywhere; the room was a mess, and I was refused a tour, because she would have to "move boards around just to get [me] back there." The lobby was thick with cigarette smoke. Her husband was to call me the next day to arrange for a look around. He called the next afternoon, telling me there was plenty of space, no problem, but couldn't get me in for 3 days after my first requested tour day. After scheduling, I asked him about the smoke, and he told me the dogs were in "enclosed rooms" so the smoke wouldn't bother them. The next morning, I got a call that they were booked solid the entire month, then was hung up on. From this extreme shift from "plenty of space" to "booked solid" in less than a day, along with his rudeness, I can only surmise it was due to my inquiry about the smoke that I was refused the tour and service. Do NOT go there. These individuals are not to be trusted. They are disorganized, rude, and lie.

I rescued a lab mix in May of this year and he has been going too. He originally had some behavior issues but has since gotten better since he has been attending daycare. I have been going to Dee and Ken for over a year now and my dogs couldn't be happier. My parents also take their Australian Shepard for grooming and she looks and smells amazing. Not to mention she is so wore out which is hard to do. I know they are much loved and cared for while I'm away at work. Thanks guys!

I was in desperate need and could not find boarding that would accept them. The staff and owner took them in and made sure their runs were prepared. My boys also do not like each other so they made sure they were separated. The staff and owner were very patient with both of them and treated them like their own. I will board all my dogs there again, because I trust them. They were knowledgeable about animals and they contacted me when there were concerns. I highly recommend this place and I am forever in gratitude for welcoming my dogs when I needed it the most.

We were recently called and told that our dogs had developed diarrhea while we were away. When we picked our dogs up the lady checking our dogs out to us was extremely unfriendly and stand-offish and made us wait while they "got our dogs ready", which has NEVER happened before (been using this kennel since 2017).
