Y'all I walked in . Already I can tell the lady had an attitude. I inquired about 50oz shisha that read on the door BOGO. I asked which ones were 50oz. She pointed in the direction and said "that sale ended today". I said well the sign is still on the door. She goes yeah they were supposed to take it down. I said well can you still honor the price since it's on the door. She asked the cashier who was sitting at the register if it's okay to honor the price. The cashier says "that sale is still going on" she said well it's "Buy one get one half off" I said that is not what the door sign says and then i proceeded to exit. Bc Play with your kids Miss ma'am & not Me!! Now you get NO MONEY

I approached this business Wednesday 3/19 around 4:15 pm, looking to make a purchase. As I was walking up I noticed the security guard standing at the door, I walked up and pushed the door it didn't open (bc I didn't see the Knob meaning I was supposed to pull the door open using the knob) due to me pushing the door instead of pulling it the goofy and unprofessional security burst out laughing uncontrollably for 10 minutes straight trying to embarrass me. This place is a joke and I'll be taking my business where they don't treat customers like that. read more

This place is amazing! They have a large variety of shisha , hookahs, tobacco products, vape pens and much more. This store is located off of greenbriar pkwy in the plaza with American deli and across from Burger King. The customer service was good and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely recommend this spot to my friends and I'll definitely be back to shop. read more

I visited this store recently to get some vapes and Hookah products for a party weekend and I must say that the gentleman there was so polite and patient with me. I was indecisive and it took me a while to figure out what I wanted but he was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. My overall is experience was great!! Super quick and easy transaction. I Ccalled here after visiting two places that said they had my item and did not. I claled and spoke to Don the owner and within a min of talking with him he knew exactly whay i was asking for and 15 min my transaction was complete (13 min drive). His daughter the cashier was polite. I disnt gwt a chance to browse as it was so quick, but they have so many vape, smoke and accessories that i could have spent easily 30 min just looking. Bought a vape pen. It didn't work. Came by on Sunday afterwards, Place is closed. No business hours posted. Employees don't know anything about the products. Manager (the father of the kids) was not there on the third day I brought the vape pen back. He was called on the phone. Didn't trust his daughter to make the exchange. Poor business. Will not recommend shopping here again. Horrible experience read more

Great selection and friendly staff. I stopped in today for hookah supplies as well as other things and the staff helped me pick exactly what I wanted. Products were fresh and hadn't been sitting there for years. I recommend this vape shop over others in the area by far. read more

I think y'all doing too much in these reviews, it's a normal smoke shop where the employees are…read morethere for a lowkey, low stress work environment... maybe they listen to music or don't have the answer to your questions but this isn't a boutique? it's a regular store... you'll be hard pressed to find people making (starting at) $12/hr in a service position ANYWHERE that are kissing your ass. they're respectful, kind enough and ring me up normally. i'm someone who always asks/memorized prices so I've never been overcharged so nothing to say about that. try to have conversations with folks and be nice yourself, it goes pretty far. it's usually a single person in there working.. no wonder they listen to music... y'all can be so entitled it's laughable. it's no frills sure but it's literally a normal place. I was shocked to see such low reviews, it's not that serious. but anyway on to my review... a cool shop in a super convenient location across from marta. my biggest compliment is how observant the staff are. i've come in at all times of day/night and i have only had to ring the bell (the door is locked between entries) once. especially when there are groups of people in the parking lot, i've always felt like they were looking out to make sure nothing weird is happening. going to a smoke shop can be miserable as a woman but i never have any weird feelings from the staff and i've met at least seven people (and gone to two locations). I like them! I'm glad they're so close and hope these reviews don't discourage folks from going.

Both of them stopped working after using 1/4 of the juice. I brought them back to tell them the vapes don't work. She said "I don't know anything about how they work". I said "why would I come back here". She said "that's fine". You can find the same bad service at any gas station. I'm not trying to get anything for free but who needs to be treated like that. It wouldn't have taken much to smooth things over with one of your customers that work a block away.
