I noticed that my vape was off and making me feel funny. Then I noticed that it was a BOOTLEG "Fogger" yes two Gs! Took a closer look at the packaging and did some research and they definitely sell fake vapes. Very strict no refund. read more

This is the worst vape shop I have ever been. I've been to 3 others in the area and all of them are better. The reason I'm saying this is because they completely rip people off. I went in today to buy a vape that takes pods. I'm sick of spending money on disposables and I don't want to change coils. I bought a novo2 for 39.99. The total comes to 49.49. I asked and she said it was tax. $10 tax on a $40 purchase. What's up with that. I get back to work and I visit vaping.com. The exact kit that I bought goes for $16.95. WOW!!!! OH ALSO SHE CHARGED ME TWICE. I did get refunded once though. That was probably an honest mistake. So they mark there products up more than 50%. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sell the novo3 for $50 plus tax. This is also $16.95 at vaping.com. They sell the novo4 for $65. Its $25 at vaping.com I will never go back to this scam shop that smells like cheap men's aftershave. I normally would never leave this bad of a review for any buisness. I work in hospitality/ customer service. The thing is I feel violated, taken advantage of, scammed. AND they did it on purpose. read more

this place was horrible I called just to make sure they had what I was looking for in stock. There's a lady that picked up the phone that acted like she knew what she was talking about but I had no idea. I even asked her for different brands of stuff like that. She was not cooperating with me. Maybe thinking I was somebody else I work at another shop, but that was in the case I even asked her if she knew what I was talking about and yes she did and she tried to make me feel dumb while I asked her so I still came over here. I Uber just to see just to make sure that's what it was and there was nothing here for what I was looking for. I told her that I mentioned over the phone if she knew what I was talking about and apparently she didn't just another smoke shop trying to get another customer. This was the worst place. I've been to don't recommend coming here read more

Very disappointed. First time at this place, and the employee was very rude. The store opens at 9am, and out of courtesy I got there at 9:10, but the girl was barely opening the store. When I tried to go in, she was very rude saying "one minute" like if it was my fault she was late. I left and I'm not going back. read more

Overpriced, bad quality and charges $.50 if you use a credit card. I just bought a bowl piece and got home to realize it was chipped, see picture. I can't believe I paid $16. The guy helping was very nice but in retrospect it was pretty sketchy that he didn't automatically give me the receipt. Now I know why, I can't return now. I've been a regular customer at Exotic Smoke Shop for a long time, but my last visit was completely unacceptable. The lady working there accused me of having fake money and even threatened to keep it. I told her she could go ahead and call the cops if she truly believed that -- but instead, she spent nearly 20 minutes arguing and making unnecessary threats instead of taking any real action. Whether the money was real or not, the right thing to do would have been to simply contact the authorities, not harass a loyal customer. Her behavior was over the top, belligerent, and unprofessional. I've supported this business for a long time, but I'm tired of being treated this way. This isn't how you handle customers or build trust in your community. read more

I spoke to Danny working there to help me out since I purchased from him. He called his boss and they straight up didn't agree with what I was saying and didn't even offer an exchange or refund. I repeatedly mentioned the piece is broken... like how do none of the perks not filter and I keep getting a mouth full of tar it's disgusting and not working properly? They didn't do anything to help or change and barely offered 15% on a new purchase. Dude I'm not buying from your shop ever again for selling me a broken product and not even bothering to hear me out. I just left the piece there and said keep it doesn't work so watch out they will most likely resell my piece I brought back and someone else will have the same problem. Sorry dude the shop is scamming.

I've been a customer here for about 10 years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever…read morehad. On 4/10/26, I went to Vape Smoke Universe to purchase a mod and was also sold batteries for it. After getting home, I realized the batteries they sold me were completely incompatible with the mod. I went back to the store to fix the issue, only to find out they didn't even have the correct batteries in stock. Had I known that from the beginning, I never would've bought the mod in the first place. I then had to go back home AGAIN to grab the box to attempt a return or exchange, and made a third trip back to the store--all because of their mistake. That's three trips and a huge waste of my time. Instead of properly fixing the issue, their "solution" was to deliver the correct batteries to me later, after I'm already off work, which is incredibly inconvenient. They sold me incompatible products, caused multiple unnecessary trips, and still refused to take accountability or offer any real compensation for the inconvenience. I even tried to exchange for a different mod (with about a $60 difference in price), and they still wouldn't work with me at all. The whole situation made it feel like I was the problem, when this all started because of their error. Very disappointing experience. After being a loyal customer for years, this is how they handle things. I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed his own employees for "abusing" it--an excuse that says more about management than anything else. Prices here were already higher than competitors, and now they've stripped away the few perks that made it tolerable. What's worse is the manager's complete lack of concern--no effort to make it right, no acknowledgment of how poorly this was handled. That was enough for me. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure others know exactly how this place treats its customers.
