This is the worst vape shop I have ever been. I've been to 3 others in the area and all of them are better. The reason I'm saying this is because they completely rip people off. I went in today to buy a vape that takes pods. I'm sick of spending money on disposables and I don't want to change coils. I bought a novo2 for 39.99. The total comes to 49.49. I asked and she said it was tax. $10 tax on a $40 purchase. What's up with that. I get back to work and I visit vaping.com. The exact kit that I bought goes for $16.95. WOW!!!! OH ALSO SHE CHARGED ME TWICE. I did get refunded once though. That was probably an honest mistake. So they mark there products up more than 50%. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sell the novo3 for $50 plus tax. This is also $16.95 at vaping.com. They sell the novo4 for $65. Its $25 at vaping.com I will never go back to this scam shop that smells like cheap men's aftershave. I normally would never leave this bad of a review for any buisness. I work in hospitality/ customer service. The thing is I feel violated, taken advantage of, scammed. this place was horrible I called just to make sure they had what I was looking for in stock. There's a lady that picked up the phone that acted like she knew what she was talking about but I had no idea. I even asked her for different brands of stuff like that. She was not cooperating with me. Maybe thinking I was somebody else I work at another shop, but that was in the case I even asked her if she knew what I was talking about and yes she did and she tried to make me feel dumb while I asked her so I still came over here. I Uber just to see just to make sure that's what it was and there was nothing here for what I was looking for. I told her that I mentioned over the phone if she knew what I was talking about and apparently she didn't just another smoke shop trying to get another customer. This was the worst place. Overpriced, bad quality and charges $.50 if you use a credit card. I just bought a bowl piece and got home to realize it was chipped, see picture. I can't believe I paid $16. The guy helping was very nice but in retrospect it was pretty sketchy that he didn't automatically give me the receipt. Now I know why, I can't return now.
