Kathy took the time to answer every question patiently and thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. From our experience, she has a great personality, is clearly passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about giving families the best possible experience. She took her time to get the perfect images of our baby and made the appointment feel special rather than rushed. And the deposit policy is clearly listed on her website under FAQs, and every business has to put policies in place for their protection, too. She was also incredibly accommodating by fitting us in at the last minute so we could confirm our baby's gender before our gender reveal party. She even let us pop confetti in the ultrasound room to celebrate, even though she had to clean it up afterward! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Innerview Ultrasound to anyone looking for a special opportunity to see their baby. We left with beautiful images, peace of mind, a bunny stuffy with a sound of babies heartbeat, and wonderful memories we'll always cherish.

To say we are a little addicted to these sessions is a bit of an understatement. My daughter is pregnant with my first grandchild, due in January 2022. She first did bloodwoork here to find out the gender of her baby (It's a BOY!!). Then we (me, my daughter, her bf and his mom) went for the first ultrasound pics of baby - INCREDIBLE!! We got to see him moving, we saw him in 2D then 3/4D, and listened to his heartbeat. We did the package where my daughter chose 3 photos and bought the thumb drive with all of the photos/heartbeat/etc. After that we were hooked. After a routine check up with my doctor, I was told I needed an X-ray. I decided I wanted to get it…read moredone right away, so I looked up South Jersey Radiology and saw that the Voorhees location took walk-ins up to 8:30 PM (weekdays). The office was easy to spot, well lit with lots of signage and ample parking. Upon entering the office I was welcomed by the front desk person, Gary. Gary was very friendly and quickly went through all my paperwork, provided me with a black folder and told me to take a seat. The waiting room/ lobby was huge and had plenty of seating. I only had to spend a short time here, as I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was brought to a small room and given a paper gown. The X-Ray technician, Brain, then came and walked me back to the X-Ray room. Brain was beyond friendly and made it feel like I was catching up with a friend rather than getting an x-ray. Whenever I need radiology work- I will be coming here. Great staff, clean office, and quick service- what more could anyone want from a Radiology office? TIP: Your results will be sent to your doctor, but you can ask for a copy of your x-ray. The copy will be provided on a disk which you can view on your computer.

It was a serious pain to get an appointment with SJRA. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes,…read moresomeone picked up the phone and it instantly disconnected. I tried calling back but didn't have the drive to get back in the long queue considering the amount of pain I was in. I then checked on their website and found an appointment available on the night I wanted in another location. Unfortunately, their website booking wouldn't work after several attempts so I ended up leaving a voicemail requesting that time. Eventually, I spoke to a lady who refused to give me that time and said someone else took it. Therefore, I was forced to drive out to Voorhees while feeling the effects of painkillers. Super awesome and safe. I felt pretty awful and annoyed upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and didn't take too long to check me in. Eventually I was brought back and told to change. They then stuck me in a chair for at least 15 minutes while someone else finished their test. I find that practice SO annoying. Maybe it makes the process more convenient for them, but it's so uncomfortable for the patient. The test itself was fine, though the tech didn't offer to help me sit up when I struggled. I guess that's not part of their job. This location is clean and new, and it's good if you live near Voorhees. I just found the whole trip to be a hassle.
