As a first-time mom, I had a lot of questions and concerns, especially about the safety of the equipment, Doppler use, and even the amount of pressure applied with the probe needed to get good images. Kathy took the time to answer every question patiently and thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. From our experience, she has a great personality, is clearly passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about giving families the best possible experience. She took her time to get the perfect images of our baby and made the appointment feel special rather than rushed. And the deposit policy is clearly listed on her website under FAQs, and every business has to put policies in place for their protection, too. She was also incredibly accommodating by fitting us in at the last minute so we could confirm our baby's gender before our gender reveal party. She even let us pop confetti in the ultrasound room to celebrate, even though she had to clean it up afterward! We love Kelli! This was our second visit. We saw her early on at 17 weeks, and Kelli advised us we likely wouldn't get the best pictures because of the timing. When I explained the reasons for our request she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to get us the best possible pictures to share with a family member before they passed. We went back for our 28 week ultrasound and wow! The pictures are incredible. My favorite thing about Kelli is that she is constantly giving us information you won't find on the baby apps about our little girls development and progress! I learned today that you can see baby's lashes on US because of the calcium! I can't wait to go back in a few weeks and get more pictures of our little girl! I've read some of the negative reviews that others have posted and I want to point out a few things: Regarding cancelation policy and late fee, these things are clearly outlined BEFORE you book an appointment. This is a family owned business, if you book a lot and no show, that's another mom that doesn't get to see her baby that day, and an hour of Kelli's time that she can't get back "High Prices" - I've gone twice, and both times Kelli has extended our visit significantly in order to get the best pictures possible, and has included images that were fantastic even if it was not part of the package. Kelli is not rude, cocky, or unhinged. she is intelligent and extremely well versed in her speciality. She knows what she is talking about and that's why she's the best. I have gained so much weight during this pregnancy and it's something I am so self conscious about, and while I understand that questions about body type can be off putting to some, it really does make a difference in the image quality. Kelli only wants to provide the best service, so she asks questions to ensure you come in at the perfect time. When I expressed self esteem issues around my weight she was incredibly kind and reassuring. You can tell which reviews were written by people who followed her advice and her policies, and those that were written by people that didn't and therefore had a bad experience. My son will be one on January 4th, it has been a whirlwind of a year but I wanted to make sure I came on and thanked Kelly. My husband didn't believe in doing this experience at first but now he is convinced and we will be doing it for every child. I loved having the ability to see my sweetie before I was able to hold him. It made every ache, pain, and fear worth it. I was forced into a CSection as he was estimated to be 11lb 4 oz at 40 weeks and the fear that came with that was partially remedied by the hope these pictures gave me. I would just look at these pictures and remember the great reward that was to come. He was much bigger at 40 weeks than when these scans were taken at 28 weeks. They are pictures I will keep for a lifetime! Our stuffie (lolli the lion) with his heartbeat is one of his favorites and he jams out to the beat of his heart which as a mom, it is the most satisfying thing ever. PS my midwife tried to convince me that these scans would essentially be CGI and would not be accurate. We had an okay experience. I was happy with the photos and to see the baby. I also was grateful for the last minute scheduling, for the thorough directions, and for the product quality. There were some low points. The woman who did our scan was quite chatty and seemed stressed, but at times, I felt she was pushy and was a bit uncomfortable. She commented a few times about fetuses being difficult or uncooperative, but it was just a fetus - i had pretty low expectations of my fetus cooperating! Haha. I was disappointed to spend a whole session hearing her talk about how poorly the session was going when I would have preferred to be quiet and focus on my daughter. My friend was there for an earlier appointment and she shared details from my friend's appointment, which felt like perhaps she was violating my friend's privacy. Personally, I would have preferred a quiet and peaceful session with a bit more professionalism so I could share the experience with my spouse in an unobtrusive way. read more

First can I say that we were running very late due to an unexpected overload at work at the last minute of the day! She not only accommodated us , she spent so much time with us! What a wonderful experience we had with Kelly! She really takes her time and never made me feel rushed like I usually feel at a normal ultra sound appointment. We went for a 3D/4D and unfortunately at our first appointment our baby was not cooperating and were not able to get the images we wanted. She had us come back a few hours later after we ate dinner at no extra charge and again, the baby wasn't cooperating. LOVE LOVE LOVE! InnerView ultrasound is amazing. The office is beautiful and comfortable, and Kelly and Joe (the owners) make you feel so welcomed the second they answer the phone! I made my first appointment with them when I was 11 weeks pregnant when my anxiety was through the roof! I called InnerView and Kelly got me in the next day so my husband and I could see our little baby. Joe gave us such helpful tips on what I can do to calm my nerves. We then went back for our gender reveal, and then later for our 3D ultrasounds. Made an appointment. Went to the first ultra sound really just to find out sex. Things were okay. Can't record. Which sucked because I wanted the reaction on my husbands face. I was surprised when I made a second appointment for 4d pictures but I wanted to support the business and put a deposit down for another appointment. So called and tried to reschedule but was Told I could lose my deposit. . I called on a Thursday and my appointment was on a Saturday. So apparently I called after hours and it because I didn't call within 48 hours which was never explained I lose my deposit. Just overall not nice people. Update: got a nasty text message by I'm assuming owner at 1am and said I signed a contract and that I need to remove my review. What a joke! read more

They were wrong with my gender prediction when I went in at 16 weeks, I had a gender reveal party for a girl and found out via my OB that I was having a boy at 20 wks. She gave me a refund but wouldn't admit she was wrong - tried to say my baby had a chance of being intersex. What kind of sick person does that to a pregnant woman? We had a 3D ultrasound with our first baby, and because the second kid usually gets the shaft in the realm of, oh, pretty much everything, I figured that I would at least try to make the effort to get another one done with this kid. Not that I didn't want to see it on the ultrasound. I was more than happy to sneak a peak, but lets face it, the newness of pregnancy wears off by the third trimester (of your first pregnancy). Unless you're Michelle Duggar. Anyway, my review. The place we went to was very similar to the place we went with our first (who was born in CA). Big projection screen, nice soft dim lights, ambient music, and comfortable "exam" tables. Think of the establishment as being kind of like your living room. Warm and inviting. The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. We had a really good experience. They were very patient with us having to referee our son, who was also remarkably well behaved, given that we had dragged him out of a nice nap. The ultrasound technician took a lot of time explaining things to us and had a decent sense of humor, which is a big plus in my book. You get a little dvd of some looped video footage, a few prints, as well as a good amount of pictures on disc. This isn't something that's diagnostic, but they will call your physician if they see something wrong, however, that's all they CAN tell you legally. They can't tell you if they've seen anything, but it's reassuring to know that they will call your physician if it warrants it. All in all, it's worth the money. If you want some nice 3D images of your baby, the gold package is really all you need and is definitely a nice keepsake momento for the baby book. I still love looking at the ones we had taken with our son, and he's two. read more

My positive experience with this center started when I made my first phone call. The business is owned by a husband and wife and I ended up talking to the wife on the phone for a half an hour. She was unbelievably friendly, sweet, enthusiastic, and entertained all of my questions. The center itself is very clean and inviting. The other woman who works the front desk is equally as nice and friendly. The room where you get the actual ultrasound is very comfortable. It's very cozy and dark, and you lay down and there is a couch for kids or extra family members, and a chair for your partner. There is a massive screen where they show you the ultrasound, it felt like we were in a movie. The husband is the one who does the ultrasounds and he is very friendly and witty himself. Just make sure if you don't want to find out the sex right then and there (for example, a gender reveal party) BOTH of the screens are turned off when he types in the sex onto the screen. Whereas with my first ultrasound which was about 30 seconds, this one lasted a while, about 20 minutes. He showed us multiple angles and we really got to enjoy it. We got some awesome sonogram photos to take home which he labeled for us so we knew what we were looking at. We also got to take a DVD home of our sonogram, complete with music playing in the background which makes me cry every time. We are having a BOY and found out at 14 weeks, but some people aren't able to find out from them until 16 weeks, just depends on your situation. I'd highly recommend. read more

Can not recommended this place enough! The couple that owns the facility are so sweet and really try to give you the best experience possible. Facility is super cozy and comforting and I was treated like an old friend. I went for a 9 week ultrasound (wanted a nice pic to show family when we revealed at Christmas) - had a great experience! The ultrasound room was huge and very relaxing (music, comfy couch and table). I will definitely be scheduling my gender ultrasound in a few weeks so my husband can come along... Our experience at InnerView was nothing short of amazing. We scheduled a gender ultrasound with them because we wanted to tell our family at our sons 2nd birthday party. The scheduling process with Kelly was so easy. When we showed up, her husband Joe, performed the ultrasound and from the minute we walked in, we felt so comfortable (especially my husband). He wasn't quite sure what to expect, so he was blown away and loved that Joe explained what he was seeing on the ultrasound.
