I returned my car to SFB airport yesterday, and then received an alert on my credit card of duplicate charges. When I called the office to inquire about the charge, Jakeb R. assured me that it would be taken care of, and to allow 24-48 hours for resolution. He was very patient in answering my questions, and it was very close to their 5:00 pm closing time. I would not hesitate to book a car with them in the future.

The employee was doing everything, assigning cars, returning cars, answering the phone, running in and out of the office. We waited an hour to get our car. I understand being short staffed, but please do not answer the phone when you have 6+ people waiting to get cars. We are there in front of you waiting with some needing to get to the airport on time. I would hope you have an answering machine or express to the person on the phone that you have quite a number of people in the office and you will call them back. Please do not assist people who come in AFTER those who have been waiting, especially if they have a "billing issue". It may be helpful to put in a ticket dispenser as many people that came in after us, received a car before us.
