Without going into much details, we booked a Canadian cruise with Brandi LaValley in the Trailwinds Villages, FL office and what a nightmare. At this point, will just leave it at this. Air Canada sent a $555.78 refund directly to AAA Travel on 11/12/2024 and they refuse to give it to us. They want us to contact the "travel insurance". What a joke. And this is not only the uncaring local "agent" but I contact AAA Travel Corporate and was told to just deal with her. Guess $555.78 is no big deal to them.

We had plenty of time to go wander around the grounds that used to belong to the owner by John and Mable Ringling. This 60+ acres had so much to see. Sumter Landing in the Villages is the absolute worst AAA office I have ever been in. The girl at…read morethe front door has the personality of a door knob. She definitely does not belong in a customer service role. We went in to book a cruise and it seemed like everyone in there could care less. We just spent $2100 on a cruise for our anniversary and I never got even a smile or thank you out of anyone there. In hindsight we should have walked out. We spent a lovely day on the water in Lake Griffin State Park with Epic Boat tours. We had a…read morewonderful captain and his assistant. They were very informative and kept us aware of the sights that we were seeing and the ecosystem of Lake Griffin in relation to the Harris Chain of Lakes. We learned so much more than we knew before we stepped on the boat. I highly recommend this for a lovely afternoon on the water and a chance to see nature up close and personal.
