Without going into much details, we booked a Canadian cruise with Brandi LaValley in the Trailwinds Villages, FL office and what a nightmare. At this point, will just leave it at this. Air Canada sent a $555.78 refund directly to AAA Travel on 11/12/2024 and they refuse to give it to us. They want us to contact the "travel insurance". What a joke. And this is not only the uncaring local "agent" but I contact AAA Travel Corporate and was told to just deal with her. Guess $555.78 is no big deal to them.

Sumter Landing in the Villages is the absolute worst AAA office I have ever been in. The girl at…read morethe front door has the personality of a door knob. She definitely does not belong in a customer service role. We went in to book a cruise and it seemed like everyone in there could care less. We just spent $2100 on a cruise for our anniversary and I never got even a smile or thank you out of anyone there. In hindsight we should have walked out. Even though I am a AAA Member I would never book through them again. I am going to report this to the regional office and hopefully they can make some changes. BAD customer appreciation here !
