I came in here with this respiratory crap that you cant get rid of! I have done 2 virtual visits and been doing neb treatments, inhalers, Robitussin, 44D, Nyquil, zyrtec, benadryl, Z pac, tessalon Perles, NOTHING IS HELPING!! So, go in for some cough medicine, pay 60.00 copay, had my vital signs checked and had 2 min spent to look in my ear and listen to my chest. Doc says that its not in my lungs, but my upper chest/airway is congested. But here is the kicker, No cough syrup, like a small amount of cough medicine would hurt. So, wants to give me a script for an abt. I literally just finished one, you are already billing my insurance way too much already for 5 total min of their time. Not going to pay more. I will treat myself with what I have on hand. I guess you have go to ER to get any help. Never coming here again! read more

I tried to be seen at expedian on lakeridge last week and was called and emailed like a total of 4 times..they seem to be screening patients and did not really want to see me. I tried to do a walk in visit 7/21/26 and the receptionist informed me with 1 person ahead of me that it's just her and the doctor and my wait time would be an hour after she asked what I was wanting to be seen for. I just wanted a hip xray after the previous attempted visit where I w informed they do prescribe tramadol but I may have the hip xray. i waited until by hip was not hurting as bad and attempted to do a walk i visit. I was informed that it would be an hour wait and I would see the doctor and she would determine if I could have an xray. or that I could go on the website and schedule myself. I thought for sure it said that walk ins welcome. but also I did not want to pay for a visit and it was undetermined if I would be able to get a hip xray. the provider heard the whole conversation and did not have any input from the receptionist dialogue. Wasted time and Uber trip. Had upper respiratory congestion. Listed in my network. Have Medicare / Medicaid. This was back in the spring . Guy takes insurance card. Was playing on computer. Hands me back card. When called to go back, I'm told need 40 up front. I explained Medicaid gets my copay. We don't take Medicaid. So you sat there and ran my info but think you're gonna shake me down for cash because your too lazy to file the paperwork? Said well I'm outa here or something like that. Filed complaint with insurance company. I know doctors go in and out of network so helps to double check. However this guy could've said something but I guess he thought I just fell off the bus and would hand over $$ but on fixed income it doesn't grow in trees.. read more

Everyone on staff was very kind. The provider was very compassionate. I went in with severe lower back pain. I cannot walk without support and even then there is a lot of pain.The Dr diagnosed me with a UTI and wrote for ani-biotic and muscle relaxers. I will come back and review if the treatment does not work.... read more

While the medical assistant at the front desk is friendly enough, I'm not quite sure how I feel about this place. Antibiotics are not prescribed for infection, just steroids which is a major annoyance if you suffer from steroid sensitivity. Was prescribed Bromfed syrup (which there is a nationwide shortage on) and now I can't get my med for several more days. Save your money and wait on an appointment with your PCP. read more

My son was complaining of ear pain and we needed to see someone before it got worse. We usually go to an urgent care in Bedford, but this one is closer so we gave it a try. We checked in online about 5 and were able to secure an appointment for 630. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted. We completed our paperwork and were sent a room. We waited a few minutes before seeing Sarah, the nurse practitioner. My son didn't have an ear infection yet, and we were able to get both a flu and strep test there as well. They prescribed antibiotics and we were on our way by 715. You will pay for your service at the time rendered, including additional fees. They will run your insurance. This urgent care was less expensive than the one I had been going to Bedford. read more

One of the worst places I've ever been. The doctor does NOT CARE about his patients ! I was in the office for 45mins and he seen me for a total of 6mins the rest of the time was spent trying to figure out how much were the labs. The labs were not given In a timely manner, even though he was told it was time sensitive! Not to mention they left out labs. I had to call everyday to get the results because the doctor is in once a week! I would NOT RECOMMEND the place to my worst enemy!!!! read more

If you have a minor injury and need quick help, do not go here. They advertise "walk ins" welcome on their website, and post it on the doors of the business. No, they are not prepared for walk ins. I went in needing an X-ray. The girl behind the desk was friendly but obviously did not want to help. She said "oh, sorry our X-ray person isn't here today" I acknowledged as she said "you can go to another one of our clinics in Arlington though!" I said great, I can do that. She said, "But....it takes about 3 days for them to send the report over to us. So if you are needing results soon...you should try somewhere else" No. I do not want to get an X-ray on what feels broken, and wait around 3 days to find out if it actually is? Do not recommend. They seemed happy to have an empty waiting room...and relieved to turn me away. read more

Making my appointment was easy online. When I got there I had to fill out my information on their iPad. Only waited for about 5 minutes after I finished my information. Facility was very clean and Staff was very friendly. Nurse was kind and asked all the right questions; Dr. was extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. She explained her treatment thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was out of there in less than an hour and I will definitely go back if/when needed. I would definitely recommend this place! I was at home and not feeling really well. Remembered there was a new urgent care less then a mile from my house. Pulled up the website and made an appointment for 2 pm. Arrived on time and checked in then 5 mins later was seen! The best office visit ever. I feel great. My husband came the same day as he was not feeling well and we both were seen. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and right on time. I will now be coming here from now on!! read more

I Marcus Ñ, went to the location because I had canker soars all over my mouth, tongue, and throat; I am suffering from a terrible soar throat and cannot speak because of the pain my mouth too. Dr. L Pham APN, asked me a few questions about my situation. She checked my breathing and my ears, but No other test was performed. She did not look inside my mouth and kept her distance. I let her know this happens every 2-2-3 years, and I let her know about the previous three doctors ( in 2014, 2017, and 2019) and their methods - Tylenol with codeine, steroids, and some mouth wash.) Dr. Pham lied and told me she prescribed me pain meds but the weakest pain meds you can find, and no prescription was needed for the pain meds. 36 hours later, I find out about the fake pain meds, and my wife calls to ask for real help, and they say I need to come in for visitation again and pay all the fees. This is gross, and I am ashamed I had ever supported this urgent care. I will never be going back to this location or allowing doctor Pham near me again. read more

They basically accept health insurance when they want to. If they don't feel like verifying your health insurance, they'll tell you they couldn't verify it, and that you would have to pay out of pocket. They tell you they'll refund you once they verify it which is completely false. They refund you after they file the claim and it's processed, which takes 45 days. read more

Go somewhere else! I made an appointment for 4:20 in the afternoon and was given a buzzer and told to wait in my car. After over 30 minutes, they still had not called me to come in. Went back in to check and they said there were two appointments ahead of me, which would mean I would have to wait another 1/2 hour at very best. What's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait over an hour or who knows how long to see the doctor. Really???? I left. I'll go see my own doctor. read more

I had to take my duaghter here with stomach pain. The girls at tbe front were nice. The issue was the service they did not do anything excpet take a pee test and say she dehydrated and she needed to go to the emergency room. Heck i knew she was dehydrated by looking at her lips. They charged me 189.00 for 5 minutes of service. Then i still had to go to the emergency room. My advice leave the urgent care alone. Convenient. But you're not gonna get the "A team". I've been here a few times. Once for a possible broken foot/knee. Two girls were reading through a "how to manual" while trying to figure out the X-ray machine. It was very difficult for me to get up on this thing injured. After we did a long series of X-rays and I was wheeled back into my room, the dr couldn't read the X-rays and had to do it all over again. Today I went in to get a copy of those medical records. Charles couldn't seem to figure out that I. Just needed a copy of that one day. He thought I needed the X-rays. Then he thought I needed all the records from all my visits. Then he managed to print out records. Asked for my ID. Checked the ID and then gave me someone else's records. 5 pages of their personal info! After he checked the ID!!! Ridiculous. They definitely need to train their staff better. I now have to leave work early yet again to go up there get what I need. read more

I have to say this is by far the worst urgent care facility I have ever been to. I had sever abdominal pain so I scheduled an appointment to address my pain as well a test for COVID-19 due to other symptoms. Went in, was placed in the normal waiting room, was handed an iPad to fill out new patient info (the front desk person was not wearing gloves) and I handed the iPad back to her when done. I paid $250 as my anticipated payment due to my deductible. Then I was placed in a room where the PA, not a doctor came in knowing I was being treated for Covid and she was only wearing a mask. She ordered a urine test and an X-Ray for my pain. Did one X-Ray and a urine test then was placed back into a patient room. The front desk lady entered the room and let me know the X-Ray and urine test would be an additional $35 dollars for my deductible and asked if that would be ok... not like I had a choice since the tests had already been done. Then they came back in, needed an additional X-Ray which was all done prior to ruling out or even conducting the COVID test. After the second x-Ray was done, then the COVID test was done. The PA entered the room, let me know the COVID test was negative and informed me that they were scheduling me for an immediate CT scan as they saw my intestines were completely backed up and were worried I may have a blockage. Due to timing and availability I was scheduled the following morning for a CT scan with dye contrast at 7:30am in Dallas. I went and completed the CT scan which was an additional $500 towards my deductible only to receive a call an hour after the CT scan from the urgent care facility letting me know my X-Ray came back and was completely normal. Confused, I began asking a ton of questions. Apparently the PA issued me a CT scan order without waiting for the radiologist to review the X-Ray. Needless to say, I called and complained as the information provided to me was 100% inaccurate, a CT scan was ordered, costing me a ton of money out of pocket and was completely unnecessary. After complaining and talking to three different people, requesting a refund from the urgent care, all I was given was an apology and they offered me a free visit in future... like I'd want to go back and get another inaccurate diagnosis. The stress from the information this PA gave me along with about $800 out of pocket to find out nothing whatsoever was wrong with me. This place is unprofessional, uneducated, they do not use the proper Covid regulations and they only want your money. Not to mention the lack of sympathy for putting me out, not only in regards to money and stress but to subjecting me to another doctor's office, a test which involved a needle, dye injected in my body that I've never had all in the middle of a COVID pandemic. I'm blown away to say the least and would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Save yourself the trouble and make an appointment someplace else. read more

If you in fact do need "urgent care," please DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is nice I'll say that but the lack of knowledge I believe health care providers typically have was not shown here at all. If it wasn't for me being more proactive I'm not sure how I will be feeling today. My roommate and I visited this location 2/22/2020 and honestly it was a waste of money and time. Not ONE person in the office including the PA could do and IV. I was stuck 6 x, 1 time being in my ankle just to get the fluids I was never promised. Let me repeat that I went to an urgent care for severe dehydration and not one person in that office could provide assistance. Now I understand sometimes individuals are out of practice, but I feel someone should take responsibility and do yearly trainings or whatever to remedy this situation. I left urgent care feeling worse! I ultimately had to go to 24 hour emergency room where I was met with excellent service and left with a sense of relief. Let me also say this, due to me being a little naive... I didn't know how different and urgent care was as compared to an ER and I probably should have went there first because they typically have more wiggle room when working with patients, but that still doesn't excuse this locations visible issues. Please let your staff know, as a customer and patient I did not like that I was being told you haven't done IVs In years, the last PA test you took was hard, and that upon being hired you were told everyone could Insert and IV and after being there you determined it was a lie. Lastly I would like to mention the last hour or so there, I felt like I was being threatened because I was told if I didn't leave they would call an ambulance which I specifically said NO to. Upon leaving I received no discharge Info, medicine, or follow up info but they MADE SURE TO COLLECT THAT $200 something from me. If you're able drive a few more miles up the road if you need assistance. read more
