Also they don't know how to fill the form DWC073 the work status report and they will stress you more that your already are from the injury. Also you would see a NP every time you go for the follow up and she will decide what to do because they are on a lack of communication from each others even if they don't know what you really have. Really bad service plus they don't even have Spanish speakers or other languages that will help people understand their rights. Went there to get my toe/foot/leg checked out because it felt like I constantly had someone standing on it for the past 3 weeks. I've had numbness/tingling/achy pain. I expressed that to her and she told me it was my lack of vitamin D and to not take CBD (which I used for the pain). She then sent me on my way...I'm in a lot of pain. The staff are friendly, professional, and great listeners. The check in process is over the phone and thorough. The building is spotless. Im always in and out VERY quickly. This was my first time going to MedExpress. Tricare advised me to go there to be seen. It's a Sunday, and the other urgent care locations don't open until 12:00. Woke up with conjunctivitis. I went in, gave my ID and the lady basically filled out my info and I signed 2 things and was seen within 5 min. I didn't have to worry about filling out tons of paperwork since Tricare had informed them I was coming. Everyone was kind and courteous along with the doctor. Location was easy to get to and clean. I was in and out within 10 min. I'm usually very critical when it comes to service and this location was excellent for me. Zero complaints, just praises. read more

As a cis-gender women of color, I've been very distrusting of the medical institutions because I've never had a good experience, and my pain was ignored. I am a young adult that just switched insurance as well, so I was very nervous going in. This place was very professional. I was given a wait time, the people were very honest about what I would be paying for, and they have extremely cleanly practices. Thankful to PA Rhodes for such a welcoming attitude and zero judgement with my health concerns. I don't understand why MedExpress has bad reviews. I have taken my husband twice, once in November and once in December. Both times when I called to ask questions everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and empathetic. I couldn't go in with my husband, but he said that everyone was very professional and they were the nicest people he has ever dealt with when sick. I was up all night suffering severe allergic reaction to some kind of insect bite, possibly a spider. I finally decided to seek medical treatment when my glands around my throat and neck were severely swollen. I decided to go to Medexpress because they opened on Sunday at 8:00am, instead of waiting in an ER. We arrived at 7:58 am Sunday, March 13, 2022. The place was deserted. We called the number on the sign on the door at 8:00 am and got no answer. We waited 10 minutes and when no one showed up we left to go to the ER after all. read more

I love the service here. I get checked in and seen very fast. They are very thorough with seeing me. I have Tricare and they accept it. My daughter has come with me (9 yrs old) and she is treated very well. She actually requested to come here when I told her that I needed her seen. Great bedside manner. Everything is very clean. Called around 5, was told had to be in parking lot to be seen, so I arrive in less than an hour. Lady comes on asking about chest pain, this and that, puts me on hold for 30 minutes, proceeds to say someone else will be right with you. Finally get registered around 6. I was told it would be soon, I had to continue to wait in my car. My tank is now on E & battery is running low, have been sitting in a hot car for over an hour! They are worried about catching covid, but not about you having heat exhaustion! This is completely ridiculous. I know they have to be cautious, but basically if you're feeling terrible or hurt, go somewhere else! They will leave you just to sit in your car! read more

I have been to this location many times over the years for sick visits when I didn't have insurance and I didn't want to pay an arm and leg at a emergency care facility. Every time I've been in to this location the lobby is clean, staff is very friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and the price is affordable. Being an asthmatic, anything in the air makes it act up, mostly pollen or the mountain cedar or smoke. But there are other times that if I don't attend to my asthma acting up it can lead to bronchitis or pneumonia. One of the times that I have been here, I had both. The doctor was fantastic in understanding my concerns and was quick to come to a solution to help my breathing passage. Most primary care physician are not familiar to a patient who does have major flair ups from asthma. Finding this place was a miracle.
