I was so impressed with this Eagle Shuttle Service (Bellevue Airport Shuttle)…read more I was planning a trip to Bellevue and the fare to take an Uber from the airport to the Hilton Bellevue was over $100! That was more than my airfare to get from Orange County! So the bargain shopper in me decided to look for a Shuttle and I immediately found Eagle Shuttle Service! $30 Flat Rate! No luggage restriction (I only had a carry on) and so with tip ($6) and tax I saved over $70 and You should too!!! I called them prior to my flight to ask which one they one they thought I should get on, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, according to my flight schedule. And the lady that answered, Helen, was so nice she even offered to call me back with an answer after speaking with a driver. She was so helpful that I did not hesitate to book the shuttle! They give you Very detailed instructions on how to find the pick up area and I found that very easy to do. I had never been to the SEA-TAC airport and I found my way quite easily. I then called just to make sure that I was in the right spot. The man was very nice. My shuttle arrived, the driver, Ahmad, hopped right out, put bag my bag in the back, opened the door to a very clean van and off we went! It was just me and him! Just like being in an over sized Uber or Lyft! (that would have cost a lot more!) And fortunately for me they go to 5 Hotels in Bellevue and the first one is the Hilton Bellevue, where I was staying! SCORE!!! The ride was pleasant, my driver friendly and informative! I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Shuttle Service, if you are staying in the Bellevue area at any of the 5 hotels they service! The shuttle driver tried contact me multiple times and headed to SeaTac first just in case, when I finally called him he immediately headed back towards Bellevue and picked me up at the right location. I made the flight in time. It took them twice the drive but he didn't give up reaching me and even rejected my offer for a gratuity. Really moved by the service!! Will stay as a loyal customer. Given $25 cash, he more-or-less dumped our luggage from the back of the taxi, then told us he wanted a tip as well (no!) -- and when I asked him for a receipt, he said he'd get one. He sat down in the driver's seat, started the taxi, backed into our luggage -- nearly running us over -- and left. Unfortunately, my cellphone was in my carry-on and I couldn't get to it to photograph him or his cab ID number before he began backing up. Little driver, huge ego, terrifying driving. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
