Our tour guide was fantastic--engaging, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of theatrical. The driver was also a character and added some extra personality to the experience. The stops were interesting, especially the wax museum and the old jail. My wife got a bit freaked out at those parts, but nothing was over-the-top scary. If you're looking for something entertaining with a spooky twist--but not too intense--this is definitely worth doing. We're glad we went and would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Ride charges $25 (adult) $10 (kids) $0 (2 and under) we shared a carriage with another family. The ride was smooth and literally around all of downtown through many alleys, and main streets. I dom't recall how long the ride was, but my guess would be over an hour because when I got off my legs felt stiff. Bonus they have a blanket on board if your feeling a little chilly. If you get her as a guide, you will not be disappointed. I think our other guide Matlock was new. It felt like he was playing a character or role. It may have been the way they chose to split up the night, but his parts felt cheesy. Overall, it was an interesting tour and somewhat what I expected.

They also offer a night cruise, which might be a better option during the warmer months when the daytime heat can be intense.
