I have done this tour 4 out of the 6 ghost tours ( in St.Augustine , so far. This is the one I keep going back to. Even though I have not had to much happen, this is the one that I like the best. There are several options , including a house which we have always had a bit of action in some way or form . Lighthouse-Graveyard . I have gone off to the lighthouse on my own and had more experiences. Everyone exsperiance will be different. There is no guarantee you will see ,feel or come into contact with with any supernatural entities, but it's definitely fun and worth it when you're in town. read more

This tour was not just a ride to learn history and hear spooky stories! We had equipment to help us identify if there could be spirits present as well as opportunities to communicate with those spirits. Our guide, Veronica, was knowledgeable about the history of St. Augustine and the places we visited on our ghost tour. She gave us ample time to explore around solo or we could also stay with her for extra information about the areas. She helped guide us when there seemed to be good activity. My family really enjoyed this ghost tour of old St Augustine. The guide (Wiley) who has a day job as a high school teacher was super informative/entertaining and kept my teenagers interest. He showed us pictures of "ghosts" seen on the tour and explained the background of the buildings. We didn't see ghosts or get any EMF readings using their reader device. But, I enjoyed it and would be sure to try another paranormal experience there. Overall: Good experience. read more

Let me start with the basics..Lucian was out guide. EESS was our tour name. It was so fun and would donit again. Lucian was so fun to be around and his stories were freaking hilarious. He was very informative and knowledgeable about ghost hunting. 1) The first stop was the cemetery which was old and nostalgic. Kind of earie but pretty cool to see the stones that were old and the fact that the bodies are only buried 18 inches below ground is crazy-cool-weirdy odd to me but hey that Florida for you. Took lots of pictures and got some cool pics of the 2 owls that were flying around the back of the cemetery. 2) The second stop was the Dixie House. That house still takes my breathe away every time I think of going in the room on the left at the end of the hallway. The fact that every time I walked in there, my breathe literally felt like I was breathing thick smoggy air still gets me. And the creepy foot steps I heard by the rocking chair still gives me chills. I even had my partner Cory feel my arms when I walked out of that room cause the hair was standing up on my arms. I have a ghost hunting app installed on my phone and it said 'clown' as soon as I walked out of that room. So I went back in and there were 2 clown dolls which freaked me out. And the stick figures captured on the camera is equally creepy. 3) The third and last stop was the Light House grounds. The story behind the death there were enough to leave the mind wandering. When asked if there was any veterans in our group and the app instantly replied 'Jonathon' which is my Marine son caught me off guard. When asked about how far out were the girls when they died and the app said 'Ivy' which leads to believe that maybe it was thinking the grassy area beyond the sand and before the water might be what they were trying to tell us about where they were found. All in all I would recommend the tour and ask for Lucian cause he was so fun. Also wear close towed shoes and maybe think about some bug spray especially if it's a layer tour like ours which was the 830pm tour. Will definitely do it again. read more

In my opinion, Ghost Augustine is one of the best ghost tour companies around. I've done their Haunted Pub Crawl and Dead Walk tour more than once over the last 10-12 years. The last Dead Walk tour I did with them was one of my all time favorite ghost tours I've done. We were recently in town for the weekend and I wanted to do the Dead Walk again since it had been a while. Wylie was our tour guide and he was great! He was knowledgeable and welcoming, giving out various "ghost monitoring tools" to people in the tour so they could be a part of the investigation. This tour was different than the one I went on in the past which was great, I wanted to hear some new stuff! We wandered throughout the streets of St Augustine while Wylie told us stories intertwined with history, stopping every so often to point out things. We got some readings on one of the meters when we were by the serial killers house so that was exciting to see! If you are scared or not sure about ghost tours I encourage you to check one out. The tours are a little spooky but if you like history its definitely worth being a little scared, there is so much neat history to learn about in St Augustine! read more

We went to the Dixie House. A haunted house. Leah was our tour guide. She was amazing.she let us do the Estes Method which I enjoyed. She was very informative and enjoys her job. Loved the house. There was a doll in the cabinet that was sitting up when we were there. We did go on another tour called Everdark with Cocoa. She was amazing also. We went to a cemetery which was the best part of the tour. When that part of the tour was over we went back to the Dixie house and the doll Sally was laying down..... Did not get a picture of that. Me and my friend had a 6pm to 8pm tour with Lucian aka Lu and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! Couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. We did the paranormal experience in the Dixie House and had the best time. You get to you all kinds of ghost hunting equipment. My favorite was the dowsing rods because we got fantastic results from them and got to talk to spirits. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and our tour guide Leah was excellent. He sprinkled in jokes that lightened up the darker tales, and made sure the whole group felt connected and engaged. The tour had a chill vibe but was still full of energy--Mike kept things moving at the perfect pace while still giving us time to enjoy each stop. I have to say, this was a very disappointing experience. Perhaps it was our tour guide or the way it was designed, but I couldn't wait for it to be over. We got there on time and then waited about another half an hour to leave because two people that were assigned to our group were late. I get waiting for a little bit, but that was an excessive amount of time when the tour is only a few hours. Little did I know that chatting with a few other people on our tour while waiting was the highlight of it. We then departed for our tour and it was all very abrupt . The stories didn't really make any sense and I don't think we actually got any real ghost stories. While our guide Frank was very kind, it was really weird. People kept dropping out of the tour as we stopped at different places because they couldn't take it anymore. by the end, only about six of us were left from I think a group of 15 . Our group of friends felt bad so we stuck around, but I seriously felt like I wasted my evening. We could've just bar hopped on our own and had a much more pleasant experience. Sorry to leave such a negative review but I have to be honest. There are other games in town so if this is something you're looking for maybe check those out. read more

Sarah Jane was an amazing tour guide for haunted St. Augustine. She was very knowledgeable about the histories of the houses and its occupants. We made contact with the spirit of Catalina in an alley way. Sarah taught us how to use the dousing rods and oh my word it was fascinating! I DO NOT recommend this tour. We have taken many haunted tours over our visits to St. Augustine. This one was similar to one we took several years ago. This was the pub tour met at 162 St George St. Sadly we barely understood our tour guide. In addition we were in one bar & it was extremely windy we couldn't here guide. There was nothing interesting about ghosts or information about the place we were at about any paranormal activity. Other tours we have been on were very informational about paranormal activity. Our group of 4 left 20 minutes into the tour.. Others were complaining as well along the first part of tour. I complained an our money was refunded There are other tours out there.
