That error resulted in a 0% rating instead of the rating warranted by my prescribed CPAP. My advice to every veteran is to request and carefully review your DBQ after your exam to ensure it accurately reflects your medical records and what was discussed during your evaluation. One mistake can significantly affect your claim. If you have the option, I recommend requesting a different examiner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider.

This could have cost him his life.
