After a couple times I visited, be it for a machine, parts, or custom work I've had them do, they knew me by first name, and they knew my machine and what conditions I like to ride in. In terms of all of the dealers I have dealt with, they are second to none in the quality of work they have done for me, and the recommended direction I go for my various machines from a modification standpoint. I'm always amazed by the knowledge they possess be it for my dirt bike, quad, or side by side. The two guys I work with most are, Brad in parts, and Bernie in service. You couldn't pick two more knowledgeable guys to help you get out of your machine what you're looking for. They are awesome, and they spend just as much time helping you get what you want out of the machine, as they do explaining everything they did to the machine after you get it back so you know what to expect. I bought a new Kawasaki Concourse from these guys in August and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The sales,parts and service people couldn't have been any better and as our relationship continues its more of the same. I requested that the salesman arrange financing for me and he hooked me up with Numerica Credit Union at just over 4% interest on the loan. Fantastic. But that's not the end of the story. About a month later I get a letter from Numerica saying they had reviewed my file and they were lowering my interest rate to just over 3%. I have never had the interest rate change on a loan after I have signed the contract. Unbelieveable. ok let me start here, so i sent them my bike to them to have my wheel line repaired because i got it used and it was under warranty, so when i went to pick the bike up after it was " done getting fixed " the whole left side and rims also were all scratched up and when i asked how this happened and i told them they will fix it, they told me oh well thats how u gave it to us. i blew up and i decided to leave with my bike i promise they will never have my business ever again !! I have been a customer at this shop since 1994 from their previous location. This weekend I bought another new Husqvarna from them. Unbeatable price, low rates, and only took about an hour from my first contact to approved and done. The shop is always clean and stocked, the parts guys ride and know what you are talking about and what you need. Even some of the sales team are among the fastest vets/seniors in the NW.
