My boyfriend and I were traveling from San Diego in our van on a huge road trip and started to experience issues once in Washington. When we got to Moses lake we tried a couple different places to help us. We didn't have an experience with anyone else close to the one we had with them. From the second I walked in the door Aaron started taking care of us as if we were family. He first gave us suggestions to try on our own before throwing money at it. Once we came to the conclusion that we couldn't do it on our own we went back to them, they went above and beyond to help us. Gavin who did the majority of the work was amazing. He took his time making sure everything was right and explained to us what he was doing so we could fully understand the issue with the car. After spending most of our day there we were able to leave with the car fixed and a price that definitely didn't amount to the work they put in. I highly recommend going to them for any of your car needs. They make me wish I lived here just so I would be able to use them for all my car needs. It is very hard to find people in this industry that treat you like they treated us. We were going home from Montana in our motorhome. We stopped in Moses Lake to get pizza when l…read morenoticed anti freeze leaking onto the ground. I spotted a large leak on the right rear side of the radiator. We had to stay overnight. The next morning l called Jenkins Family Auto Barn & drove our motorhome to have them take a look. They found an additional leak in the radiator. We had to put the motorhome in a storage facility down the street from them & get a rental car home. They spent a week trying to get a replacement radiator only to find out it had been discontinued. With the help of a radiator shop, an new one was built. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress they were making & trust me, this was a monumental task they had on their hands. Our motorhome is 31 years old. After running our motorhome & test driving it, we picked it back up & drove it for 4 hours back home. It worked flawlessly. Great job Jenkins Family Auto Barn. They did the work we requested and even gave us some feedback on whether certain repairs would REALLY be needed or not. Some other places start throwing parts at things but these guys did the diagnostics and got down to the root of the problem. They solved the issue and made sure we were informed and comfortable with the work done.

My teenage son was charged more than $200 for a repair estimate that was vague ("possible…read morepump"..."replace with new transmission") at best, and otherwise useless (suggested repairs not included in our request). Bigger issue was no communication in advance such a charge - or any - could be expected. I share some blame by offering the benefit of doubt before my son requested the repair estimate, but urge others not to make the same mistake or trust the place at all. Esp youngsters or anyone the owner (?) can take for a ride, like he did us. I can't comment on the quality of his workers or their work, and will never trust the shop enough to find out. Dropped off my car to get my 2 back tires replaced at 11am. Wasn't able to pick up my car until…read more6:00pm. But also they never even replaced my back 2 tires, they for some reason replaced my front 2 good ones. Still leaving my bad tires in the back with nails in it. Sure the total price was about $180...But definitely not coming back here again.
