My 'vintage' (2010) 27" iMac desktop was taken in for its yearly tune up today. Wow! Richard and Bill were amazing. I mentioned my identity was stolen twice, and Bill came up front to teach me security measures I could easily implement. He also installed antivirus malware protection after his tune up. Richard taught me about phones, laptops and answered all my questions. Was running late to pick up my computer (the same day, too) and Richard stayed open after hours for me. I had to replace my phone with At&t due to a blacked out screen. I went from a Samsung to a Samsung and since the screen was blacked out AT&T told me my photos and contacts could not be transferred.
